A very warm and welcoming experience, with great wine and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Came during a pride event where other small businesses were featured and a drag show! Super fun. Such a great location, proving you don't need to go to wine country to get a great experience. The owner, tasting room manager, and employees all were super personable, and it made the experience that much better. Wine was fantastic, with different varietals to match different tastes. Sparkling, named after the teenage daughter, to rosé, and a few different red varietals, all were delicious. I enjoyed hearing about the process and the inspiration in making the wine, and I will definitely be back. Lovely outdoor area and ambience.

Absolutely cool space and great staff. I found this place through a Yelp elite event and went for a tasting weeks later. Space is huge, bright and comfortable. Staff is so personable and the wine delicious. We split two tastings and shared. We both were fans of the reds, yet bought a bottle of the white to go home. We will be back for sure.

This is a really cute winery with lots of seating and unique wine. I had the piquette which was sparkling and tart. Loved the bright pink shade as well. Would recommend for a ln afternoon get together with friends!

Wonderful rustic venue, helpful staff! You're surrounded by huge barrels of wine- this is a working winery, a true hidden gem in Berkeley!

Donkey and goat winery hosts various vineyards and food vendors during their First Fridays event, where several booths are set up with various high quality wines and selection of locally sourced and made foods. The ambiance of this event is incredibly nice, and lots of people come to meet with friends and try some new wines. Though I haven't been to the shop itself, the event is really great and I would highly recommend it

My sister, pup and I came by on a Friday afternoon. It was fairly quiet and we grabbed an outdoor seat in the sun. We got a bottle of the Enza Pinot which was really delicious. The servers allowed us to try two others before we decided on this Pinot (clear winner!). We also grabbed some goat cheese and olives. Serviced Picnic style. It was very chill, enjoyable, quiet and great overall. They also took a photo of my dog for the "do not serve (grapes) wall", which is adorable. Will definitely be back! They have some block parties with food trucks, so going to check that out!

The Donkey and Goat Winery is a fun place! The wines are natural, so be ready for a more rustic pour. They have a big wide open tasting room and a large outdoor patio. Also, they bring in a guest winery. I came specifically to taste the award winning "Stolen Owl", where else can you taste a 96pt, $180 Cab for free! Great location and a great guest pour, you cant beat that!

I'm from out of town and found this cute gem. Loved the atmosphere and wine! They had so many natural and interesting wines, plus there were many flights to choose from. The outdoor seating was spacious and they had vendors for food. Definitely recommend if you're staying near Berkeley/Oakland and want a cute wine tasting without driving too far or going to SF.

Kind of expensive, but pretty relaxed. Variety of wines, and charcuterie boards. Outside seating and dog friendly.

I tried to start a friendly conversation and ask a few questions about the drinks, however the responses I received were very brief and limited to only the drink names, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. I also noticed that we were the only Latino guests there at the time, and throughout our visit we felt largely ignored. As a result, the overall atmosphere did not feel comfortable or inclusive to us. Based on this experience, I did not feel welcomed at this bar in Berkeley and would not recommend it. Even though we live only a few minutes away, it didn't feel like a place worth returning to or spending our time and money at.

I love the outstanding Mezcal list. On Tuesdays (some? all? I dunno) they have a martini and caviar menu. Ten bucks get you an excellent house martinis and a healthy mound of caviar on a potato chip. Happy hour feature $6 well drinks (1 mixer) or $10 cocktails (multi-mixer shaken or stirred). Great bartenders here, especially Anaís!

K) at Sedusa Studio in Campbell. She's been one of my first pole dance instructors since 2014 at Sedusa, and have taken other pole classes with her over the years at Phoenix Pole and Aerial Arts when it was open in Berkeley as well. Mz. K has since opened FVT. Mz. K was the first pole teacher I've had who first class, asked if we've had any injuries, and what modifications we can do for them. As an acupuncturist, and Qigong instructor, I really appreciate that level of concern for students since every body is different, and helps us be more conscious of challenging movement for our physical needs. FVT is a terrific space for the pole community to expand on our dance repertoire and skills. One feels like a professional performer in that dance space. With 12 poles, there's plenty of space on smooth, gorgeous flooring to explore your sexy dance side. Did open pole dance practice and a dress rehearsal on stage to prep for PSO GG 2025 competition. Have yet to take dance classes there, but with the teachers on board, it will be a marvelous experience to explore all our pole dance dreams. Get started ASAP & get stronger and more gorgeous as you go. You won't regret it!

There's something for everyone here - dark and moody choreo classes, chair classes, Pilates-focused classes, flexibility ("fluxibility" - so cute!), intro classes for those who have never touched a pole and advanced classes for people who have trained for years.
