I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company in recent times. Coupled with the lack-luster effort I can truly say "worst shopping experience". I had correspondence from Randy Wharton 4 days before a scheduled pickup through email and phone discussion. I had ordered 20 plus Beard Mode t-shirts from this company. In my mind, I was getting what I wanted and helping a mom and pop store owned and operated in Houston. Boy was I wrong and let down to say the least. Although I paid in excess of $330 dollars and had an appointment to picked up the shirts, things were bad from the beginning. After I showed a receipt and Randy's number in my cell phone to confirm my purchase I was still waiting for his team to call him to confirm. This should have been done before I arrived and just wasted more time. The last insulting thing that happened before I left was, I asked one of the guys could I have a box to put all my t-shirts in. He looks around and I can see empty boxes right under my nose and he says "No we use everything". read more

I just called DP and Randy was awesome. I called to get some information about screen printing and to see if he/his company did Live Demos, and Randy (the owner) was beyond awesome and talked to me for ten mins about what the process/logistics would entail and if it would be feasible for my event. He went as far as giving me 3 - 4 alternative options and even DIY ideas that he could help me with. It was so much more than I was expecting --especially since he wasn't able to provide Live Demo services due to his large machines-- and he even offered to supply and man a demo station if my organization bought the table top machine. Requested a quote for t-shirts on October 25th and dropped our blank t-shirts off to them for printing the next day...by November 25th we still didn't have a quote, our shirts...nothing! Finally got a hold of them and was able to go by and pick up our shirts. Randy said the delay was due to a switch in staffing...but I had emailed him directly and left him several voice messages and never heard back from him either! Just awful. Proceed with caution is all I can add.... :-/ Now we're on the lookout for a new printer and one month delayed in getting our shirts printed. read more

Im not sure where to start with this shop. No customer contact whatsoever you have to email and call and email just to see if they started printing your order and when they tell you to pick it up they are still working on it. They just hand it to you and say good day, no box or bag offered. Get home and find out the printer sweated on a couple of shirts and stamped his inky fingerprint on a couple of more. Prices are way too high they don't even explain the process or all that your paying for its just pay and bye bye. Overall I don't know how they stay in business. read more

I had a nightmare of an experience with one of those website companies that claims to have great quality at low prices. That's when Capture came in the picture. I called to inquire about their services and from day 1 Michael was a pleasure to work with. He quickly shipped me samples of the product and before I knew it they were done! I just went to pick them up yesterday and they are beautiful. The process was hassle free and they return emails very quickly (I'm a stickler for that) I will definitely be back for any other company logo printing and products. read more

Would give 0 if I could! Horrible customer service. Stopped by to get some work done and had a lot of designs to order. Randy said he would get back with me in 1-2 days. Waited a week and sent him an email. He responded that it was taking longer than expected to put the quote together, but he would definitely get back with me in a couple days. 2 months later and 5 emails and not 1 response from him!
