This is a belated review, but one that is well deserved. I was trying to have some "Save the Date" cards printed, and contacted many different print shops around Houston. I was working on a short timeline, and needed them printed under a quicker turnaround time than other print shops were willing to do. I was becoming frustrated because I was going to be charged hefty fees for either a "quick turnaround" (which would not have met my deadline), or an "access fee" so that the designers could view my design on a computer (no additional work needed to be done), or outrageous finishing fees (charges per cut, per invitation). I contacted Alfred, and everything just fell into place. No questions asked. I e-mailed him my design, and he said everything looked good. I went to the shop on the same day, and he had a proof waiting for me. We went through paper options. Even though he didn't have the paper I wanted, he placed a next day order for me! I didn't even need to tell him I was pressed for time. The timeline he gave me was shorter than I needed it to be. Alfred was also incredibly patient and helpful with my indecisiveness and pickiness about paper. Everything was so easy. From what I could tell, he works with two other people in the small office. All of my interactions with them and with Alfred were very positive and professional. Do not hesitate to go to them with your printing needs. read more

As other reviewers have said before, I had last minute wedding invites I had to make and ofcourse the design I wanted was not being "allowed" by some well established wedding invite companies! Mr. Alfred was very patient with my requests and also offered awesome suggestions in terms of how to handle my invitations! He also got them done in a very timely manner, and for that I am truly grateful! I came in on a Thursday needing three very different printed pieces by Monday morning.
