Krista met with us and learned about the goals of each of our photography sessions (yes, we love her work so much that we have worked with her multiple times!) and she then found the perfect settings for the shoots. She nailed everything from the lighting and soft colors for our engagement photos to color correcting the tones of our professional headshots to match our website theme. She also did a lot of prep work and had ideas for poses and action shots that she felt would make us shine. One of our most favorite photography sessions with her was in Calistoga when we did AcroYoga in the Courtyard of Castello di Amorosa. Dustin was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. He provided us helpful advice and guidance throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, Dustin was everywhere we looked, snapping photos left and right. He did a great job capturing most of the photos we requested. Our wedding party like working with him, especially since he worked quickly and was professional. He even went up on a ladder and captured a fantastic photo of all our wedding guests, which was a unique photo we really wanted to have. We received over 800 photos (in both color and black and white) from Dustin a little less than three weeks after our wedding, which was a way faster turnaround time than we expected. He mailed the photos to us on a flash drive and also provided us a link where we could access all the photos online. Dustin captured every moment of our wedding, including the wedding party getting ready, our first look, the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception dinner and dancing! He also captured great photos of the wedding venue, including our ceremony site and our beautifully decorated reception hall. The quality of the pictures Dustin took were fantastic. The colors in the photos were so vivid. Dustin is especially an expert at capturing photos of nature, which was important since our ceremony was in a Redwood Tree Grove.
