Just me and staff at the desk who were complaining about how slow it was. Doctor wasn't in, waited around until 10:10. So I requested a refund and never came back. Left a review 7 months ago. Months later they'd reply to the review and LIE like a bunch of liars instead of owning up to their shitty practices. Never go there. Worst practice. Worst office. Although he and his staff (wife) were very friendly, Dr Halpern did what he wanted, not what I wanted. I wanted a C, I walked away with a DDD. On every follow up appointment I expressed concern, and they continued to downplay my words, saying I looked great and I would like myself later after my skin stretched a bit. The waiting room has a coffee maker, TV, magazines and plenty of comfortable seating. The patient rooms are clean and also have TV to watch while waiting. Again, I typically don't wait though.
