Office of clowns and the worst dermatologists I've ever had the disappointment of being a paying customer at. Had an appointment there Oct 10th 2025 at 10am, showed up 20 minutes early at 9:40. They supposedly open at 8:30. The doors were locked and staff had to let me in. No other patients were there. Just me and staff at the desk who were complaining about how slow it was. Doctor wasn't in, waited around until 10:10. So I requested a refund and never came back. Left a review 7 months ago. Months later they'd reply to the review and LIE like a bunch of liars instead of owning up to their shitty practices. Never go there. Worst practice. Worst office. Worst dermatologists I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. Clowns. read more

While I really enjoyed Kathleen and her husband as doctors, the office staff was never too friendly. Can't say I'll be returning after my last incidence.. I called in for a prescription refill, told them the medication name, dosage, pharmacy, etc. picked up my medication and when I got home it was the wrong medication, not because of the pharmacy but because they sent In the wrong one, which I then had to pay for and couldn't return and then had to pay for the right medication. As a medical office you should have my medications on file and know what I'm prescribed and not prescribed... Definitely unnecessary and nothing was done to fix the Situation. read more

This practice is horrible! I would never recommend this office to anyone. The receptionist is rude. I walked in said I was a new patient and she continued chatting on her cellphone even though a customer was standing in front of her. Then once you get back into one of the exam room nothing is clean and everything including the table you sit on is old. There seems to be not one modern sanitation practiced used at the office. This office also asks for a credit card number to keep on file so they can bill you at will and ask you to sign a waiver so they have the right to!!!! Outrageous!!!! Then once the doctor came in it was not the one I was told I was seeing. I asked for a women doctor and a man walked in the door. He was extremely rude and acted as if my questions were invalid and made me feel very uncomfortable. He tried his hardest to see me for as little time as possible. It was as if he could not be bothered with me. After the rude experience I go to pick up my prescription and my pharmacist says the doctor prescribed something that doesn't exist. Not only are the people who work at this office rude they obvious can't be bothered with patients and don't have a clue what they are doing. I'll never step foot in that office again. read more

Dr. Kathleen Colorado has been my derm for years and a personal savior in that another physician botched a surgery and years later a 6 inch suture resurfaced and was hanging out of my face. Needless to say I was mortified and absolutely refused to return to the hack that did it. She removed them and ensured there was nothing further to be concerned about. She was the only doctor that would help me. She is soft spoken, kind, sympathetic and knowledgeable; and always professional. She offers advice but never tries to upsale you a procedure and will answer any and all questions you may have. The rest of the office is always quick and efficient. I love these guys and continue to trust them with all my derm needs to include rosacea. read more

I was with my husband when he saw Dr Kathleen Colorado at the Oakfield Dr office. The staff was fine and we didnt have to wait very long. My husband likes to chat and make jokes and he got along fine with everyone there including the Dr. So we didnt feel like we were being rushed or anything. He was given good advice and a script with no issues. The Dr seemed very capable and I was glad we had selected her. read more
