When I consulted with Dr. Shienbaum about downsizing, I emphasized how important it was for me to keep scarring to a minimum. We decided on a two-stage approach to achieve the best outcome. During the first stage, my original implants were removed and we allowed a few months for my natural breast tissue to retract on its own. This helped me avoid the need for mastopexy scars. In the second stage, we placed smaller implants, and the new size fits my body and breast shape PERFECTLY. I also wanted some extra volume to my hips without overdoing the "BBL look" (personal preference) so we combined with lipo 360 and a fat transfer to my hip dips. My recovery has been incredibly smooth. I experienced little to no pain and was able to return to work the very next day on light duty, which was extremely important to me. She told me her first two openings were January 20 and January 27 so I booked January 20 for myself and January 27 for my boyfriend. I told her I would call back and confirm the 20th but the 27th was definite. I called back the next day to confirm and she was not available, I called again the following day with no return call. A day and a half later I finally get her on the phone and she tells me that the earliest time she could get me in was February 8. Because the doctor has to be available for the nerve block BUT that was part of the appointment to begin with and why we were all excited to use this office. The treatment Morpheus 8 is extremely painful and we wanted a doctor who would do a nerve block. I had until the 27th to do this because I start work the following week. I work in the entertainment business on camera and I moved everything around to get this done. She wouldn't work with me and she wouldn't even ask the doctor if he could fit me in knowing she gave me the dates January 20 and January 27. Three customers lost.

I have never felt uncomfortable with them, Of course if you have to see a Dr. like this, the last thing you need is more stress. Dr. Bridge is wonderful. She sits and takes her time to explain things to you. I did not feel rushed at all with her. She is gentle with her exams and does not make you feel embarrassed or uncomfortable at all. She understood my concerns for what I have been going through for the past year and her solution was the same as I was thinking I wanted. Yeah !! My only downside is that I have had an issue for a year, Radiology would send results to the Dr. and a staff member would call me and say "You need to do this". I did not speak to the Dr. for a year, nor was I asked to come in to see her. When they called this time, I insisted on seeing the Dr. so we could talk. I had multiple 4-6 follow-ups for the same issue in my right eye for swelling, sore redness, constant tearing, etc. He only told me it was just healing and nothing to worry about. On the final week before being admitted to St. Joe's ER then hospital I had two separate interactions with him, in-office and by phone, showing photos of my eye swollen shut. He still said it looks good, still healing. The next morning I was admitted to the hospital with a major eye infection for 4 days and almost lost my eye. To add insult to injury, Dr. Munger undercut my right eyelid so it does not close now. I have been taping my eye shut since 4/18/26 and it continues today. The short eyelid will require more surgery soon, but not by Munger. There are many other blepharoplasty doctors out there who actually care about patients. STAY AWAY

Never bothered to call with the results and that was over 3 weeks ago and we confirmed today, from the optometrist who prescribed the glasses, that he reviewed and entered a note of "non-specific changes", which tells her, and us, nothing. From the insane wait, to the poor bedside manner, to the lack of follow through, I'd recommend finding another specialist.
