It felt very light, almost like a beginner was giving the massage. Definitely not worth the upgrade. 2. The therapist left the room 4 or 5 times during the session. While two of those times were understandable, only once did she clearly explain where she was going. At one point, it seemed like she was more focused on her tip than on providing a quality massage. I'm giving this place 2 stars only because my first visit was truly excellent. However, after today, I don't think I'll be returning or recommending it.

My guy was falling asleep & snores while he was giving me a leg massage. When all the massage therapist got up to get the hot rocks & hot towels. I ask my friends who was snoring & they said,"it was on my side then I told them that my guy was leaning back & forth, lefty to right. I can see him through my towel on my eyes." We took advantage of that promo. The front room only had 3 foot massage stations, but they maneuvered a 3rd sofa to put next to the 2 so that we can all be together. We thought we might be distracted and not relaxed being so close to the door in the open lobby, but they put one of those room dividers next to us to separate. Service was superb from the massages to the service. The place was very nice, clean, and relaxing. Our masseuse would ask if the pressure was okay. They took us to the rooms to continue the back massage. The only thing I did not like was when my masseuse got on top of the bed with me with her knees on either side of my head as she's massaging my back. In my culture, no feet/legs area is supposed to be close to a person's head like that as it lacks respect. We only wish this place was closer to us or else we would come here more frequently. I pretty much exclusively get foot massages because I have severe psoriasis and I'm really self conscious. The massage therapists here are extremely understanding of my health issues and my decreased mobility over the years. They always make it comfortable and welcoming for me and are mindful of my autoimmune flareups. Some days I can't move properly, have zero mobility in my hands, and they accommodate me and help me move a bit better. Some days I scratch myself silly and it looks like terrifying, but they still help me find peace by putting the lotion on my calves and loosen up the muscles. I always add CBD (additional $10) but it helps calm my skin down a lot and it's great for my rheumatoid arthritis flareups. The quality and care Spring Massage delivers is comparable to those of high end "spas" without the hefty price tag. The prices are more than reasonable, their massage therapists are incredibly skilled and are willing to listen to your needs. I overheard another customer who came here for a pregnancy massage, and she had a few special requests. The owners listened and made sure they understood her completely before setting her up with a massage therapist. If you're looking for relaxing self care session that won't break the bank and walk away feeling like you're ready to face reality again, I highly recommend coming here to check it out for yourself. Just for texture : I get a massage at least once per week. I am a body builder, personal trainer and a therapist myself. I'm licensed in the state of GA. So I understand when someone is training or fairly new. But this was not that. 1. The therapist should not spend 10 min with the drape in place massaging you. 2. The purpose of the initial draped phase is to prepare your muscles for the massage. That should take three to five min. unless you requested longer. My therapist, (female dark hark dark outfit) spent 30 min of a 1 hour total body massage on my back. Note: The largest muscles are glutes, quads, lats, pecs etc. that's where the time should be spent but most people don't like all those muscles massaged, which is why I am clear that I want a total body massage. 3. She spent too much time on my back. (I did not request extra time be spent). 4. I constantly asked her to move on and I even ask the manager to come I the room and explain but she continued to massage my back. 5 This horrible experience cost $55 including tip. (Yes I tipped over 20%) for that experience. 6. The Therapist needs to manage her time better. 7. During the massage of just my back, we used my translator, because I kept asking her to move on but she didn't understand.uneven ask the lady at the front desk to explain and she still move to the next bodypart On my translator she types, "The Massage experience is a shared one".
