They quickly came out to give an estimate which was much more competitive than previous quotes we had received. They had great advice on types of wood and posts to ensure longevity. We had some trouble receiving the initial invoice, but once that was paid, they were in our yard within a few weeks. The work was quick, it took two days to complete, and is truly impeccable. The lines are straight, they cleaned up after themselves, and the posts seems sturdy. They were also very careful not to trample our shrubs, which were right near the new fence line. You can tell they made an effort to select the best panels for the front of the yard and the imperfect ones were placed in the fence behind our garage. We appreciated that attention to detail. South Sagamore's communication could have been improved, but overall it was a great experience and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a fence on Cape Cod!

The intense vibration from this heavy commercial equipment causes my entire home to shake.During today's service, the vibrations caused a loud crash inside my home, knocking a framed picture off the wall and triggering the internal sensors on my smoke alarms, causing them to chirp. When I attempted to address these concerns with the crew, a worker--who was shirtless and HIGHly unprofessional--became insulting and dismissive. Have spoken to owner of company previously nothing has changed. I don't think he or their clients who hired him would like this within feet of their homes and don't understand why they park here for hours at a time.
