What we wound up with was overpriced and underperformed on all dimensions. The big decline in level of service may be due to the company's difficulty in hiring help. Perhaps the company should take on fewer jobs until they can staff up. I would suggest driving around and checking out their work before signing on with them for your landscaping needs.
