Lots of hipe for not much results. Some good points: Michelle was helpful, nightly fires were nice, beach just ok. Not much to see for kayaking (which they don't provide). However, we took the only cabin available which was #12. Big, and well stocked in the kitchen. However, it is about 20 yards from the road. The building faces the road, not the water. (They should turn it around.) We like to have morning coffee on the porch, but not exactly peaceful on a busy road. 5 small windows facing the water, 3 of which had no handles so we propped them open with sticks. Not enough air flow because of the way it was laid out and small inoperable windows. So we fought to stay cool. read more

Enjoyed a week here this past August. We had spent many years at the property next door, but it was no longer available. From the start Michelle was friendly and helpful. Our cabin had everything we needed as a family of 4. The property, docks, and beaches were well-kept and provided true ADK beauty. Having a fire started every night was a nice touch. We have already booked our 2 weeks for next year. read more

This could have been a good trip but there was sewage leaking out right in front of our cabin. The place is a septic disaster and makes me question the drinking water and swimming area. My daughter was vomiting the 3rd night perhaps due to walking through the sewage the first day not knowing what it was. The owners have not responded to me reaching out to make amends. read more

Loved this place. Stayed off Hotels.com. Ended up staying in Cottage 10 and LOVED every single…read moremoment of it. The cottages are gorgeous and the property itself is off the main drag, which was awesome. We could walk to everything but not deal with loud people and drunks. The staff here are old school Polish and you can even hear Polish being spoken at times. Loved it. The room was clean and had everything you could want while on vacation. The property also has a pool Table, ping pong table, and lots more. It also has its own private beach and kayaks and canoes that you can take on the lake. Just beware of the sea plane that comes and goes most of the day. We will 100% be back next year. Was the best vacation stay we can remember having, and everyone agreed the place and the space were awesome.
