SO, INSTEAD OF GIVING ME A LINE OF CRAP THEY suggested that I go to their competition (Import Specialists, LLC) who did have the specialized equipment OR to the Audi Dealer in Franklin, TN... They didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee! I will certainly bring all my business to Christian Brothers in the future for everything they can repair! Side Note: I also needed my oil changed and already purchased a K&N Oil filter long with 10 quarts of 5w30 Euro Full Synthetic oil, they changed my oil and only charged me $25 when the Fast-Oil joint down the street was going to charge me $45 for the exact same service!

I shot Chris a text and he replied right away. He asked what kind of vehicle I had, engine size, and what type of oil I preferred. He said he would come to my house the next day at 2:00 and get it done while I was working. Chris showed up at 1:45 and was done by 2:20, he also fixed some dashboard warning lights and reset a few things for me at no charge. He's a really nice guy, on time, professional, and does a great job. Very reasonably priced, too, actually cheaper than any other place I've had my oil changed at, and without having to leave my house. Long Version: If you have a minute to stick around, let me tell you my story so you will know how awesome this place is..... Roughly four weeks ago, on December 15, 2023, I drove from NC to Murfreesboro to spend a couple of days with family in the area. I was supposed to have a really quick turnaround. During my drive to Murfreesboro, I had a light turn on in my BMW X3 regarding my coolant. I arrived in town Friday evening and the following morning, I took my vehicle to BMW of Nashville to have the coolant checked/refilled. While my vehicle was at the dealer, they identified a leak and completed further diagnosis to determine the radiator hose needed a replacement - this was the primary radiator hose on top. The quote provided to me by the dealership to complete the repair was egregious compared to the average cost for this repair. The cost was FOUR TIMES the average cost of replacing a radiator hose. I immediately began exploring other options which is where Chris comes into play. I called ATL Total Car Care and explained my situation and the needed repair. We talked through it and Chris was willing to help me and take my car in, the same day, to assist. Chris did not have the hose that I needed in stock but said if I could purchase the part directly from the dealer, he would still handle the repair. So, with Chris' idea, I was able to pick up my car from the dealer, purchase the necessary hose directly from the parts department, and then headed to Chris' way! They close around 2 pm on Saturday from what I recall. Chris took my car in around 12:30 that afternoon - he and his team stayed past closing time to complete the repair. The team waited for me to come and pick up the vehicle and close out afterward. Outstanding service. Affordable pricing. Good People.
