After checking other quotes I contacted them to get the ball rolling. Only after taking 50% down did they need to schedule someone to come and measure to make sure the quote would be accurate. I said, "Fine, when can they come?" The office gal, Jenna, said Heidi would call me back to set up a time. I work and am very hard to reach. I sent 1 email to Shannon, the owner, and Heidi the office manager, to call me on lunch at 330. Then I got no response by 8PM when ended work day. I sent a followup email to both that I felt this wasn't a positive start as I was expecting a call the same day to schedule something. They canceled the job and issued a refund on the first morning after I accepted and emailed my simple opinion and request to set up an appointment. The conversation with Heidi after was that she didn't need my aggravation (communication). They (she and the owner) chose to cancel my job. She then rudely hung up on me mid-sentence with no cursing or anger towards her. If a company can't take feedback about how their process works or communicate by email they need more time to set something up, they shouldn't be in business. Stay away from this fake operator. When I mentioned this company name to a competitor, they said: "Doesn't surprise me".

As with any glass door, to expect it will give you a permanent, leak free seal is just asinine. We get very minimal water on the floor when entering or exiting and it's mostly from us dripping. Not sure why or how, but our special one window order from March, 2015 got lost or had problems being both manufactured and then installed in a timely way. (Change in personnel in Milw. area??) The bottom line is that he would do anything to satisfy a frustrated customer. I don't doubt the quality of the workmanship, but the extent that he went to make sure the manufacture and installation took place satisfied us. He was fair, adjusted the price, and probably lost $$ keeping us happy, but that is what a good business needs to do to stay in business and grow. We're pleased with the new window and, more importantly, Wellington as a company with a CEO like Brent!

It took close to a year before they did my roof; and now 18 months later they still have not replaced my siding that I paid for in full. The last anyone communicated with me was the sales rep Jim; who came to my home in June 2018 and explained there is a major delay in siding materials; but the work would be completed within 90 days (which would have been August 2018). I've called and texted Jim almost every week since then. No response. My insurance agent has called multiple times in the last four weeks and talked to Becky at the office who keeps promising a project manager will call. No response. I've emailed Ron weekly for six weeks and his email address now bounces back as undeliverable. Be forewarned - unethical, unprofessional, maybe even illegal are the top words that come to my mind....
