Snap, crackle, pop... actually only crack! And it was right in the middle of my super old patterned glass cabinet door. It was not a good feeling! I was left wondering how much it would cost (and even if it was possible) to fix it??? Short answer, it wasn't. Long answer, Les's Glass to the rescue. I drove to Les's Glass and showed them a piece of what was left. A very helpful guy came out from the back (forgot his name) and explained to me that although the glass I broke isn't made anymore, there are a couple patterns that come pretty close. A couple of choices were brought out and compared to the original. With his expert advice, a choice was made, glass was cut to spec and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes with what I thought was a very reasonably priced shiny new piece of glass. Upon arrival home the new piece slipped right in place and unless you have a well trained eye, you would never know it was a replacement pane. Need glass... check 'em out! read more

We had a shower door installed. After checking it we found that the top trim looked awful. They had measured wrong and had to recut the metal trim. The 45 cut was terrible, there was a large gap and large nicks in the metal. The caulking job was awful and they left a mess. The mess wasn't such a big deal but all the dust and shavings got into the caulk. They did come back and fix it however now I have found three places in my ceiling that they dented getting the metal trim out that they put in wrong. I would not recommend them nor use them again. We had another shower door installed by Layton Glass the service and product but mostly the installation was head and shoulders better. To be fair the reason I went with Les's was because of price they were cheaper but you get what you pay for. read more

Wanted some glass to cover my pub table to protect it's surface so I went down the road to Les's Glass. Never stepped foot in there before but I had heard others liked it so I decided to check it out. Showroom is filled with all types of models of what you would use glass for, pretty cool. Things you would never think of. Woman behind the counter was very nice and helped me right away. Told her my table dimensions and she gave me an instant quote. Told me it would be done in a week but perhaps by the next day if they didn't close out the orders for the day yet. Next day, got my phone call, it was done and ready for my pick up. (Delivery would have been an extra $35) They helped bring it out to the truck and were very friendly. Don't know if I got the best price possible, didn't bother to call around. I thought it was reasonable and I am extremely happy with my product. I would go there again if I ever need more glass for anything. read more

I needed shower door rollers for our frame less doors. Went to Layton Glass they said they did not use that type of hardware and to call the company that remolded our bathroom. I tried Les's ,showed them the rollers and clamps.They had the rollers.The man I talked to told me the bearings were bad in our old ones. The staff was very helpful and told me how to reinstall the hardware and take care of the rollers to prevent the same problem from reoccurring. I will use them again for any glass or mirror needs in the future. read more

Had 6 new shelves made. Brought in one existing shelf sales person measured and had the shelves made. All 6 were 1/4 inch too big in both directions. Took it back but I had to pay $60 to have it fixed. They should stand behind their product and fix it with no charge. read more

Not only can they not call you back given 7 attempts, they have terrible follow-up, crabby workers, and their product is worse yet....they will blame it on everything else but themselves. read more

Based on my experience, I have to say I was surprised to read some negative reviews. That said, I only utilized the company to fix my stained glass windows. They were responsive, pleasant and timely. And for what it's worth, compared with another estimate I received, charged a very fair price. read more

Save your time and money! I dropped off a template for a bathroom mirror to be made. Mary told me it would take a week for the work to be completed and it would coast $107. I received a call from Mary a week later stating that there was a delay and it wouldn't be done for at least two more weeks. That was not acceptable so I picked up my template and took it to Luhmans Glass co. Not only was it a $60 savings but the mirror was able to be picked up later the same day! read more

They have customized mirrors to size, beveled glass and mirrors, cut electric outlets into mirrors, blasted finishes into glass, removed and replaced a large round outdoor light fixture glass lense, replaced safety glass in my skid loader, Simply handled every simple or odd service request positively. read more
