I asked for a quote for an 80-person wedding in Mint Hill--only 41 minutes away--and they flat-out refused, hiding behind a flimsy excuse about being 'outside their delivery radius.' When I called for clarity, I was met with rudeness and then pushed to the owner, who was slick, dishonest, and showed zero care or interest in our wedding. And please know this: if your wedding is in October of any year, and it's outside their tiny 20-minute delivery radius, you are not welcome, and they could care less. It's clear they'd rather hoard their inventory for bigger jobs during busy season than actually help couples on their big day. They don't care about your wedding, your time, or your trust.
