They wrote back and say, nope, not until you provide us with a photo of model number sticker from inside the fridge. Brilliant! They needed assurance that they were delivering the right part. They are 2/10 on actually picking up the phone. Called the manufacturer and was told Mr appliance denied doing the work. A simple text refusing the job would have saved me so much time.
