This lack of communication made it necessary for me to be home for 2 eight hour days in order to let the technician in. I told AI what the code was and what parts the tech needed to bring to fix the appliance . This information was never passed on to the tech. This meant that the tech had to come one day to get the error code and the to get the parts for a second visit. The Sears website is very misleading and inaccurate.
