Went to the auto shop to have my ball joints looked at and to get an oil change. About 20 minutes after being there I got hungry and went to go grab a bite to eat. It was about 10:00. I get back a little before 11:00 and my car is currently being worked on. I didn't think anything of it until the mechanic came into the waiting room and said it had to replace my hub and will assemblies and it was going to be about $450. They did not get permission to do any repairs on my car only in inspection. They said that I probably heard all sorts of sounds coming from the back of my car up to this point and I would feel the difference in my car. I did not hear any sounds coming from the back side of my car I heard it sounds coming from the front of the car. My car still shakes when I drive so I don't feel the difference. I feel cheated because I would have got a second opinion and a different price quote. I almost didn't have the money to even pay them. And given that it's Christmas coming up my kids are going to get less for Christmas and it's because of these clowns. Do not go here. I have filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and the attorney general's office. I hope they read this.

He made it to Cambridge City Indiana where he broke down. We thought it would be best to have it shipped at that point so he found County Tire and asked if he could leave the car until it was picked up. They said yes and he left the keys with Julie at the front and he hitch hiked back to the Interstate and got an Uber to the airport. He made it home safely and now the car is on it's way home after a failed attempt by a car shipper the first time. The car didn't end up getting picked up for a few weeks, but they took good care of it while I was nervous as heck. I wish I lived locally to give these guys my business as they came through big time for me.

She even talked me through finding the tire size so she could check stock. The office is clean, and comfortable for those who choose to wait for their car. Two women at the desk for prompt service and they really know their tires. I was impressed. My flat was beyond repair and I was given price for the recommended brand replacement as well as a more economical but acceptable substitute. It was recommended, not surprisingly, that I replace the whole set. The reasoning was clearly and patiently explained and NO high pressure or scare tactics used. I opted to just get the one but plan to come back soon and get them all updated. Car was ready when promised and I got a text message informing me. Tires sold here are primarily new so this is probably not the place if you're looking for used, otherwise highly recommended. Oh yeah, at Christmastime they build a little tire tree out front!
