After my vehicle was totaled with only 6,000 miles on it, I tried to get a refund for the warranties that were never even used. Nobody ever explained that the warranties were refundable, and nobody mentioned anything about cancellation policies when I purchased them. Trying to get answers from this dealership has been nothing but frustrating. Nobody answers the phones, nobody calls back, and every conversation feels like a different story or another excuse. Kaleb and Stephen both seemed completely unorganized and unhelpful throughout the process. It honestly felt like nobody knew what they were doing. Customer service after the sale is nonexistent, and they make you feel like they only care once they already have your money. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
