She has lots of fabric choices--I like 'tapestry' as it is woven, think, doesn't show dirt (if a dark color). I am shy about choosing and she helped me--it was called Monet water lilies! (Giverny), an artist I love. She made two pillow as no extra cost (feather filled). I also her make a cushion for my window seat and she made a pillow at no extra cost (fade resistant, but get a light color)--so I could ly in the sun and read! Joyce does the work and Walt assists and does ANYTHING she wishes! Their cost is VERY reasonable. She can get you very fine drapes too! (I don't have GPS, so I found it a little difficult to find: go to Cortland, go west on Rte 13 a little ways (sort of opposite Elm Tree Golf ), left fork up a hill, almost immediate right turn, second (?) house on right, no sign, but the Fall Creek is on their mail box, go to the first big bldg on left (on their property), ring this door bell (not the house door bell). I had a new furnace installed last year, by Hummingbird heating and plumbing, very satisfied. I…read morewanted to change the filter and was unable to remove it. Called, set up an appointment and the service repairman came . His name was Dean. He called before he was to arrive, he knew exactly how to fix the issue. He gave me a hint on removing the filter. Told me to make rabbit ears on the filter with duck tape. That way I can pull the filter out. I told him I was disappointed the installers did not show me how to remove the filter. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. Very thankful for the rabbit ear tip, everyone should learn this! Very pleased with Hummingbird, the service repairman Dean and my pound of coffee. But the best part... no charge. Just stay away from Hummingbird. They just simply looking for an opportunity to rip you off. They…read moretried to scare me by saying that carbon monoxide leaking from my old furnace and need to replace right away. They shut off the furnace in the middle of winter and refused to turn it back on, saying that you don't want to see a big headline on the local newspaper. Of course, anything burning will emit CO and I have CO monitors nearby. Another company simply did maintenance on the furnace and said the furnace still works great.

On Monday, Tim found that a contractor's truck was blocking the driveway. He called and said he could return later that day and see if the truck was gone. He went over Monday evening and was able to plow the driveway for no extra charge. My sister-in-law was thrilled with the job Tim had done and happy not to have to shovel.
