I, then, did a computer search of the best technical support in Fort Worth, Texas to repair jammed printers and I found "Tech Support Computer Repair" and brought my printer there the same day I called Robert and turned it over to the owner, Robert, Remarkably, in a couple of hours Robert found and removed the small, jammed pieces of computer printing paper. Those days are over. My laptop had a screw missing so the frame was coming off. I tried to baby it for a few months but the screws started to come out on the other side, so I decided to just surrender it to the tech folks here. They have to run a program on your computer even if you don't want them too to see if it has any problems other than the problem you brought it in for. I get it. Saves you a trip in OR saying it's their fault if you have another problem. $40 or something for that. 40 for labor for screws. They worked on my laptop right away and I had it back same day.
