It definitely helped us successfully make a choice that we are happy with! We fit right away in his schedule and his team was able to remove and replace the roof in like 2 days. After completion of the new roof, we noted that the work was not completed for close to the estimated price, that it began failing not long after its completion, and the company was much easier to work with during the sales phase than they were afterward. Phil came over and respectfully showed me the issue with my flat roof, and how he proposed to fix the prior roof which was improperly installed. Because it was supposed to rain heavy within the week Dominic made sure his guys were at my house in a few days, before the rain hit, to replace my roof. Had our roof replaced by D & S about 10 years ago. Recently had a problem with raccoons ripping up sections of the roof. called Dom and he and his crew were at my house within an hour on a late Saturday afternoon. they repaired major damage as well as chimney repair and cutting trees that were likely providing access to the roof by the raccoons. the cost was steep but his office staff expedited our insurance claim with our company by providing photo evidence of all the damage as well as the completed job. Yes, the devil IS in the details. Five years after the original job, this summer, the side edge of the doghouse dormer started leaking. I contacted D&S. Dominic came out and agreed to update the waterproofing along the doghouse. A few weeks later a small army showed up in a few trucks. He was able to acquire the exact shingle dye lot. The roof was carefully pulled back and new copper flashing and rubberized ice shield were installed along with new shingles. It is, I'm sure, the end of the leak. It was a perfect match, as well! When I originally commissioned D&S they were the high bid. Almost double the low bid, but I was impressed with the operation. Along with a higher bid came better materials, a more professional installation and expert service. Yes, I did have an issue... I wonder where that low bidder is five years later? D&S Roofing is still doing what they do. This means peace of mind. I was in construction for 40 years. I know you can't control everything that happens. Everyone makes mistakes. That's the nature of the beast. What you do about them is who you are. I believe I have the best quality roof and the best possible outcome has been achieved. I respect that most of all. read more

In one day, they replaced my entire roof with 10+ men working, and they all knew what they were doing like they have done it 100 times before. They are excellent.
