So far they've been great for us. The most recent example was today. I had spent the entire morning trying to get our sump pump to work, and had tried everything to thaw the pipes. I had come to the conclusion that maybe it was the pump itself that was having issues, so I decided to give them a call. The person I spoke with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and had someone sent out same day to take a look. I believe his name was John and he was excellent. Super friendly and knew his stuff for sure. In the end it did turn out to simply be frozen pipes, but John took care of it, and not to mention had to work outside on the coldest day we've had in a long time. Excellent job, Sure-Dry, keep up the great work!

They somewhat fixed/slowed the issue so the basement stopped flooding to get through the spring. Paid them $1500 for about two hours work. Their work is failing again this spring and I have left four messages over eight days through their terrible AI service, none of which have been returned. They touted their warranty at the time of the initial work. It apparently is not a real thing. Find another company to do your restoration work or let the buyer beware.
