High prices, old and limited produce and meat selection. The fire lane is often blocked by a large black truck.

Stopped by to pick up a few items at 3 in the afternoon and doors locked. Sign on door, store is…read moreclosed to stock shelves. Joke, poorly ran store. Glad there is ALOT of other stores open and able to sell what I need. May not bother again.

Poorly ran store. I have never seen it fully stocked (usually boxes are stacked and lying…read morehaphazardly in aisles). It's very dirty, even by my laxed chain store standards. Service is awful. I just went there, for what would be the last time, to get a gift bag and card for a friends baby shower. I wasn't able to even find a card that related to it, so after searching for at least ten minutes I just grabbed a "support" card. It would have been fine. So, I take my items up, get into a line that is already 5 people long. The cashier had to be called up by the first gentleman waiting saying, "Can we check out?" The cashier asked if he was ready....... Not the end of the world, though. But, the process of getting him checked out with a minimal item count had me concerned, so I looked to the self checkout. Usually a life saver when you're in a hurry and only have 3 things... well it would have been. The self checkout had a $15 laundry detergent scanned to it, and I could not find a way to clear it. After hitting various combinations of buttons for a minute or so (had plenty of time to kill) I could not clear it. Not wanting to buy detergent I didn't need, I retreated back to my place in the line, which thankfully the lady behind me was okay with because now there were 4 people behind me. In the 6 or so minutes I waited in line, 1 guy had been checked out. The second guy had some questions about speakers or something behind the counter (which he had no intention of buying) and the cashier went right along with it, telling him what she knew about them. Mind you, we now have 9 people snaking down the last aisle of the store. Either way, they chat about that briefly, and then he goes to pay.... I won't go into much detail, but neither of them knew what the POS (point of sale, not dogging their system) system was as doing. After the second swipe failed and the cashier moseyed around the counter to try and diagnose it, I had as much as I could take. I set my stuff down and shimmied past the rest of the line to get myself out. I was in a hurry, sure, but I spent close to 10 minutes waiting to be checked out, and only one person made it out while I was there. It would have been 20 minutes for me to get checked out. As I set my stuff down and walked out, the lady behind me laughed in complete approval at the laughably bad service the store had to offer.
