I love this store. I suppose like everywhere they are short staffed, it is frustrating to stand 6 deep in line to check out when they have other staff on the floor. It's too crowded to have a line waiting to check out. However, that won't deter me from stopping in. Love their products. read more

Went for a cooking class during strawberry fest and the menu was vegetarian friendly. Great place to go for a class and shop the store after. Also have a cute outdoor space in the back which we loved sitting outside and enjoying the music. We want to go back for another class soon, (one with vegetarian menu)! read more

My husband loves their snickerdoodle coffee beans, and pairs it with almond milk creamer and says it's fantastic. I particularly enjoy their Tuscan olive oil, goes great when cooking meat, but truly can be used for so much! It's pricey... but the quality shines. I've heard they also do cooking classes and wine tastings which we hope to try some day! read more

This has to be on the top of your list if you're looking for a locally-owned shop to support during the holiday season, just check out much photos and I think you'll agree-- this place is adorable! The owner is a tea expert and an entire wall is dedicated to specialty blended loose leaf teas that you smell and then buy in 2oz portions. The day we were in they sampled pumpkin cobbler, sangria, hot chocolate and, of course, several types of tea. They also have a huge oil and vinegar section, kitchenware, seasonal decor and wine. One section is where they teach kitchen classes and I believe host dinners. One of many reasons I'll be returning...also to check out the other shops and restaurants in Downtown O'Fallon, and the public farmer's market, which was closed for the season this trip. I really love this place. This year they created 8 different holiday gift collections. So far, I've sent the tea collection to tea lovers, who loved the gift set. I'm unable to attend a Christmas party, so I sent the hostesses the snack collection, which includes 3 different kinds of dips. One she's already eaten, the others, she will make for the party. Both gift sets were a hit! And did I mention that Fezziwig's shipped those gifts and that they are packaged nicely in a decorative box? No Guidance or Help. I attended the wine and cheese fondu with my friends on January 12, 2023. We all thought it was going to be in the room where we attended the mushroom class but soon found out that was not the case. The event landed up being in the store where there was no room to sit down, no room to put our plates, coats, ect. When my friend asked a worker where to place her things she was told to find a chair. There were a couple people who could have really used a chair, a older man, a lady in a boot but they had to fend for themselves. . It seemed to me that alot of people did not know what to do, because we were not told. It was crowded and people were bumping into each other because of no where to go. The food was tasty, but not worth $71.00. If I ever go again, I will make sure it's in the room. read more

The market is unique and quaint but the January wine tasting and fondue fell very short. Never in the ad was mentioned that it was standing room only there were no places to put your coats and all your belongings you had to stand and hold wine while you ate. There was an older gentleman who we made a seat for ,one lady had a walking boot on and another older lady that needed to have seats. It was a nice crowd but people were bumping into each other and constantly saying excuse me. The staff was not the politest either. We stood from 5:15 till dirty looks were given around 7-7:15and it was time to go. This was my third time attending a fezziwig event and probably the last and if I do attend event again I will question whether they're sitting or standing only. read more

This store is perfect for all occasions. Gifts for teachers, open houses, birthdays, holidays, etc... Every time I go there I find some unique gift. They have a terrific selection of tea and olive oils. When the weather is nice they have an outdoor area in the back. The store also offers food and decorating classes. My wife and I wanted to find somewhere to go that was different than what we were used to and saw this on Google Maps. It is a cute shop with all different kinds of infused olive oils, over 100 loose leaf tea blends, and a wide selection of Balsamics and other wonderful gourmet foods! They even offer cooking classes and Ellen Leaf-Moore and her staff are SUPER friendly and informative! LOVE the Tuscan infused EVOO and several of the Balsamics! My sister-in-law brought me here while I was visiting O'Fallon. I purchased the sangria tea and the lemon olive oil and strawberry vinaigrette. Today I made the best avocado toast ever made using their oil and vinaigrette.....so delicious. I loved the feel of the shop and the woman behind the counter was so nice to let me smell all the tea's I wanted until I found something that I loved! Awesome-This has the most selections of tea in the Alton Edwardsville Belleville area. The customer service at this store is exceptional. Since my first visit there it is much easier and cheaper for me to order online. At times I have needed to call for their help when ordering online. Their online i probably very easy to manuever through, but I am tech challenged. I highly suggest you attend their open houses. It is much easier to pick out the flavors you want since you can taste them there. My favorite EVER is Walnut Creme-the taste and smell is AWESOME. I order at least two 8 oz each time. Another all time fav is Brandied Pear, but unfortuantely not only they only carry it in the Fall, they don't carry it at all now. I waited all year for fall to order this, and was so disappointed. They recommended another flavor but I would have to add honey or brown sugar, and I like to have it all ready and not have to add it.-But I will try this. Definitely try this place for your teas, and probably coffee or anything else they carry. I cannot recommend their coffee, since I hate coffee. read more

This place is great! The staff is so friendly and informative. I came in the first time when they were in Lebanon. I was looking for a gift for a friend, and the owner helped me build a gift basket customized for him. I have also bought wine here, and they are very knowledgeable about the products they carry.
