Perfection I brought my SUV in to Wise Guys auto spa after having it for almost 7 years. It has never been professionally cleaned since that time. I have 3 kids and 2 floofs, so it was pretty "worn" to put it mildly. When it was done it looked like it came right off the line. I forgot the inside was black and gray!! I also got the front two windows tinted to match the backs and a limo tint brow. Robert bagged all of my stuff, pulled rings and change that had been swept up, and walked me through everything. The place is nice and comfortable to sit and wait. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work and competitive pricing. I truly should have paid more for the amount of dirt and grime I am sure he had to deal with. Shoutout to the most helpful and polite receptionist. I'm new to the Indianapolis area and needed to get the interior of my car detailed so I can sell it. I use my car a lot and have had kids, large pets, and makeup spills in there so I knew I needed some major cleaning. I found this business by typing in "car detailing" on Yelp and requesting quotes from the first three businesses that came up. These guys responded the fastest (within an hour or so), had the lowest price quote, AND booked me an appointment just three days later- meanwhile, some other detailing place tried to charge me $100 more and had a two-week wait! Hell no. These guys showed up on time to my home and got to work immediately. The two employees worked incredibly hard on the car and never stopped moving the entire time they were there. When they were done, they handed the keys back and really politely informed me that there was one stain they couldn't get out of the back seat- an ink stain on the light vegan leather, so no surprise there. To be honest I was super impressed they even tried at all. When I went out to check out the car a few minutes later, I was stunned. The car looked BRAND NEW. It was cleaner than when I took it home from the dealership, and I'm not joking- there is not a speck of dust in sight. Everything is shiny and streak-free. They cleaned every. single. inch. of that car. They got out the pet hair. The doggy nose prints on the Windows. The makeup. The spilled root beer. They got out EVERYTHING. I mean holy crap I was astounded. I had neighbors come out of their apartments to tell me how clean my car was. Book an appointment with these folks and don't look back. They're reliable, polite, they come to you, and they're fast and incredibly well-priced. I'm never using another detailing service again. read more

Although highly recommended by a relative, this business has been very non-responsive to repeated calls and voicemails. It took me a week of calling every day and leaving a few voicemails sporadically to even get someone to answer the phone. When they did answer the phone, the male representative informed me that they were booked for two weeks out, did not attempt to take down my information for follow up when available, and hung up the call. read more

Made the appointment, they showed up and did all they were supposed to/asked. Truck looks nice. I felt it was overpriced for the 2/2.5 hr job it was but it was very nice to have them come to my house - on a Sunday and I didn't have to do anything....plus this was a special occasion. I gave it 4.5 stars bc I do feel there should have been an Angie's list discount or a first time customer special but i would call again just not regularly bc too outside my budget. If you value the "Lifetime Warranty" on window tinting that this guy offers I would look elsewhere. Got my Focus ST tinted a couple weeks back by Wise Guys, he comes to your house, and appeared to do a nice job at first. Spoke about if any bubbles show up he would be more than happy to come back out and fix it. A couple days after the appointment I noticed that a couple bubbles were forming on my back window. Well... Have contacted through his website once and called and left multiple voicemail's. I am pretty sure at this point I have been blocked because the phone does not even ring anymore, just goes straight to voicemail. All I can say is, this is extremely unprofessional and I hope nobody else has had to deal with this. Too many tint people in Indy to waste your time on someone like this. read more

"Lifetime Warranty" is a joke. Robert tinted my front windows. The drivers side had scratches all over it. He did come back out and reapply. The second application has a couple of scratches, artifacts between the tint and window, and a scuff was made on the door. Tried emailing and calling with no response and he has blocked my number as it goes straight to voicemail. But I called from a different number and it rings. Very shady business practice. DO NOT USE. If he messes up, chances are you are stuck with it. read more

Bob did a great job and even put some extra work into a couple spots I asked him to look at. Interior looks like new! Coffee spill on passenger seat is gone. I'd like to break this review into two parts. First - I was impressed with the speed of communication from the owner Robert. I requested a quote to have three vehicles tinted and was given a quote within 20 minutes. The quote was broken down into the cost for each vehicle and not just lumped together as one final number. I really appreciated this detail. He was able to fit this work into a schedule that worked best for me and my family. Second - I received a confirmation email the night before our scheduled appointment which was a very helpful reminder and the next morning he was right on time. The quality of work, materials, and professionalism was top notch. I couldn't be any happier with the job Wise Guys Auto Spa did. Robert drove all the way to Greenfield to tint my Mini. He did a great job and was friendly and fast would reccomend him to anyone.

I purchased front window tinting which has a "lifetime warranty". After the first application the drivers side window had numerous scratches in the tint along the top of the window. I contacted Robert with Wise Guys and he did come out to replace the drivers side tint. After the second application, there are a few places of "artifact" between the tint and the window as well as a couple of bad places/scratches. Also there is a place on the door that was damaged. I left a voice mail regarding the issue the following day after the application on a Tuesday, left a voicemail on Wednesday, and left an email on Thursday. No response to any of the above. I then tried calling on Saturday and my phone went straight to the businesses voice mail. I tried another phone and it rang (so they obviously have blocked the number), I spoke with someone and they said that Robert was out of town and that he would get back to me on Tuesday. It is 2 weeks later and still no contact from them. Poor customer service and they definitely do not stand by their "lifetime warranty." read more
