So this place is my newest obsession. I had seen this group at Keystone Crossing Mall during the holidays and was impressed with their work as well as the no pressure information and pricing they quoted. So I decided to make an appointment for the interior detail in the spring after all the winter guck was done. I had to change my appointment a couple of times due to my own scheduling conflicts and they were nothing but professional about it. On the day of my appointment, the business was open promptly at 8 (my appointment time). They greeted me promptly and started right in with getting me set up. Because I live in the neighborhood close by, they offered to give me a ride back to my home to wait. This was a GREAT option for me as it allowed me to get some things done while I waited for my car. When my car was finished, they called and let me know. I decided to walk back to the business from my home just to get in some steps and when I arrived, they were so incredibly pleasant. We finished up payment and they took me to my car. This is where the magic happened. I could NOT believe how wonderful my vehicle looked. I have two kids and it feels like we live in my car sometimes with how it looks. It was absolutely sparkling clean. They sprayed an air freshener that was so nice, not overpowering, just perfect. I cannot say enough great things about this business. It is worth every single penny. I am planning on getting this done regularly. Side note: they have a great waiting area so even if you end up waiting for your vehicle, you will feel comfortable (I believe they have Wifi). So at some point driving around Indy I ran through some wet paint (white) on my all black truck. I thought I could get this off myself and ended up scratching a small area before giving up. I called Pristine and had a great conversation with one of the techs who said he would gladly give me an estimate if I could bring it by. I was out running errands and came right over. He assured me this was not problem the couldn't fix and gave me a rough estimate to get the job done. I made my appointment with them, dropped the truck off in the morning and it was done by early afternoon. They did an outstanding job getting the paint off, fixing the scratches and even getting a couple we had not even talked about. They even cleaned the paint off the wheels which we had not discussed doing for my quote. They didn't charge me any extra and the truck looks amazing!! Their shop is top notch, super clean and very professional. They probably aren't going to be the cheapest in town but they hold themselves at a very high level and do amazing work. I took my new vehicle to Pristine Auto Spa early in 2023 for some love...tinting, PPF, and ceramic. Every step of the process from quote to application/service to 2-week post inspection and wash was professional and outstanding. The job took a couple of days longer than anticipated (and this was communicated early on), but they provided a clean, safe, and unexpectedly sporty loaner while my car was as the spa...no worries at all. The loaner had a full tank when I picked it up. I was told, specifically, not to worry about returning it full. Communication via text, email, and phone was prompt. Had some nasty weather around the post-service inspection and the shop was very accommodating in scheduling this visit. Lloyd and his team clearly have a passion for cars. It's rare that a company compels me to leave such a positive review, but Pristine earned every star. From the moment I visited their site, I was pleasantly surprised. They're very up-front about pricing for nearly every service they offer. Shortly after submitting a request for a quote, I received a "get to know you and your car" phone call. Lloyd was helpful, understanding, and didn't try to up-sell me on more than I needed. I ended up settling on the Xpel paint protection film "High Impact Area" package with a full-body ceramic coating (Silver package). Plus a basic interior detail because why not? When I dropped my car off, Lloyd walked around my car with me to give me a chance to point out specific blemishes I'd like addressed. We ended up formulating a plan together for how they could customize the service for my car. I was offered a loaner vehicle free of charge. I witnessed other customers in the Indy area be offered paid-for Ubers to get back home and vehicle delivery afterward. Since I live outside of Indiana, the loaner vehicle was the perfect thing for me. When I came to pick my car up, they were once again very honest, sincere, and thorough. They made sure to let me do my walk-around at my own pace and to let me know exactly what they did and what I was paying for. The car (unsurprisingly) looks as good as the day I bought it and I haven't been this proud to drive it since that day. I can't think of a company I would recommend higher than Pristine Auto Spa. For starters, they're amazing people and great to work with. A small business whose customer's are extremely important to them. Quality was unparalleled - I got a interior/exterior detail, window tint, painted my calipers, removed decals, powder coated my rims and painted my bumper and everything turned out stunning. Service is where they really "shined". They do not paint cars or powder coat rims in-house but in an effort to allow you to drop off your car at one spot and pick it up complete they partner with vendors that specialize in those services. I was going to have to go to 3 different vendors to complete everything I needed - drop off, find a ride, no car for days, find a ride to pickup - 3 times. They made it into a one stop shop and stand behind all the work. They don't make anything on those services or perhaps very little, this I know because I was quoted the same price direct. After I dropped off my car they realized that I had locking lug nuts and no key (which I had no idea about) to remove them. To powder coat the rims you obviously have to get them off the car - so Loyd drove to the dealership for them to remove the lug nuts - I was not charged anything extra. He also dropped the rims off for powder coating and took the car for painting. Price - I'm a stickler for a good deal and they are competitive with anyone out there. They're not cheap and I wouldn't want them to be, but they're certainly not pricey. They're a great deal for what you get. If you go there you'll be thrilled with the experience and the product - and feel great about supporting them. They have my business for life. read more

I have taken two of our vehicles to Pristine, and they exceeded my expectations both times. We had an interior/exterior detail performed on an older vehicle, which we had used for years to travel around with our large dog. They were able to remove way more dirt and grime and dog hair than I ever would've imagined. We also had some window tint added to another vehicle of ours. They walked me through all of the different options, and patiently explained the pros/cons of each option. The facilities are also pristine. I wanted to take a moment and write a review for the work I had done on my 2020 Mustang Bullitt last year (and a few weeks ago). Its companies like this that make you want to leave a review! Lloyd and his team at Pristine Auto Spa were very professional, courteous, and nice. No pushy sales tactics for their packages, but taking the time to explain each of them to you so you fully understand what each has to offer. I brought the car to them (from Ohio) with less than 500 miles on it. I ended up selecting the Xpel paint protection film on the entire car, the full body ceramic coating (Gold package), tinting the windows and off-the-vehicle rim protection. In addition, they did an interior detail. I can honestly say that Lloyd truly loves what he does. In addition to providing a great service, he and his team also sponsor charity events for local organizations in need. Did I mention these charity events involve driving? My wife and I have attended (2) such events and they have been nothing but remarkable. I just cant put into words how thankful I am to have found Lloyd and his team at Pristine Auto Spa. I now feel this car will be driven more and parked less thanks to all the protection added. One other customer left a comment that he was offered a loaner vehicle free of charge. I second that. Worth. Every. Penny. My 6 year old Mazda was making me sad. Dirty floors, cruddy crevices and seats with spots. On a whim I decided I was going to splurge on some interior detailing. Never had this type of service before, so I started researching. Saw this business had 5 stars! I submitted a request online, very close to closing time and heard back moments later. My preferred method of communication is texting and I never had to talk to anyone in the phone. They got me in the very next morning, allowed me to drop my car off that same night. Had a secure lockbox. So convenient! They did a great job & now I feel like I have a brand new car and that makes me happy! read more

My car was mostly clean when I got it back. I noticed a spot on the back seat. Windows weren't cleaned well. There was some dirt on my sun visor that was overlooked. The lighter outlet was dislodged. It went back in easy enough, so no big deal on that. The big issue comes with what wasn't in my car when they handed my keys back. My vaccination card was tucked in some mail and sitting in my visor. When I got my car back, I found the mail in a bag with a bunch of my other stuff but the vaccine card was missing. I don't know if they lost my government documentation or if they took it out to spite me. I was the only person in the store wearing a mask. You never can tell with people these days read more

Back in September 2018 I went to Pristine Auto Spa and had my windows tinted. This year I notice that's one of the small imperfections in my passenger side window was increasing in size. I called Pristine Auto Spa to see how much it was going to cost to fix/replace the window tinting on the passenger side window. The young man on the phone proceeded to tell me that there was no cost because there was a lifetime warranty on my window tinting. Yes, I was told this when I the initial window tint put on. However, many companies mysteriously lose the warranties. Pristine never even questioned the warranty. I I scheduled the time to drop off the car, that was convenient for me. I was told that they were going to be closed for the holiday weekend and that it may take a little longer than normal for them to fix/replace my tint. However, they could/would give me a loaner vehicle while they were working on my window. I dropped it off and they did just that. They even made sure to reimburse me for gas money because the loaner vehicle was on empty when I picked it up. You can't get any better than Pristine Auto Spa! read more

I had an appointment for a level one interior detail. Lloyd was nice and answered all my questions. The building is really nice and certainly catches your eye. I dropped my car off for 9:30 and was told my car would be done around 12, he said 2 latest. I called two times around 3 and no answer. Called again and got an answer and they apologized for the inconvenience and said it would be ready in 15. I drove over there and my car wasn't ready, was told it would be another 40 min. I've been waiting in the lobby for an hour since I was dropped off. The guy I spoke with explained that Lloyd (I'm assuming the owner) works from home and was answering calls. Not sure why someone that isn't even at work in person and knows what's going on would tell me my car is ready. They did a good job and the car looks good but I most likely won't be coming back. I can understand if I just walked in for service but I made this appointment in advance. The guy I spoke with did give me a discount for the inconvenience and I know it's not their fault. I got to go out back where the cleaning is done and you can tell everyone is hard at work. I feel bad for them honestly. read more
