We didn't know exactly when except September or October. Mike's response was, "THIS year?" He walked us through deciding on a date, and started work. I know this is a busy time for him; but within a few days, he had gotten us hotel reservations and air fare from both San Antonio and Sacramento. We requested either private or very small tours, although I wasn't sure such options exited. As with everything else, within a couple of days, he had a variety of tours that fit our criteria. He was wonderful about trying to divide the prices of the tours so that each couple paid about half. So... it's now early July and we are set for the end of September! THANK YOU, Mike. After 3 weeks I realized planning a trip to Disney is like planning a trip to a foreign country you have never heard of. We reached out to her and she made sure to get all the logistics down. She really listened to us and what we most wanted to get out of the trip. She gave us suggestions on how to navigate the parks and what upgrades were worth it and which ones where a waist of money. She made us personalized itineraries and a list of very helpful tips on where to go and what lines to jump on first. I am not good with technology and she even worked to make sure we knew how to use the apps. Planning a week in Orlando can really be overwhelming. She took all the stress out of the equation, made us some very good reservations, and let us just enjoy our adventure.
