Definitely under new management I only came because my coworker raves about a breakfast sandwich she had yesterday and a blueberry fritter. I walked in to a lady who was not happy to be at work asked her the breakfast sandwich she proceeded to tell me they don't make any only have ham and cheese croissants ok? I moved on asked for the blueberry fritter she said they don't make those I either walked into the wrong donut shop or she was just not trying to sell any donuts or breakfast today.... Disappointed for sure

15% Discount on Your Next Order

Donut Factory no longer honors the 15% checkin Discount that they still promote On their website. They no longer have the coffee flavored creamers. Which was a nice treat.

I absolutely love this place. They have a great selection of donuts, cronuts, and delicious croissants. The woman who runs it is always there and always friendly. I like to go by one morning a week for a running late treat for my son. He loves the croissants and the maple bars. If I have a donut, which is SUPER rare- I get their Raspberry Cronut or their raspberry filled donut. Both are delicious!

It was ok. Service was excellent considering the place was closing in thirty minutes. I had a regular donut with chocolate and strawberry frosting. My husband had a german chocolate donut. He complained his was dry. Mine was fairly good, it wasn't dry and I liked the combination of the frosting, so I was happy. But I don't think I'll return just cause its to far from my home. Honestly I was expecting more from this place. Like really killer donuts. But I think I'll stick to scotty's.

Every now and then, my fiancé and I like to treat ourselves to donuts. Since we just moved to Visalia, we weren't sure where to go for donuts, but we found this place on Yelp and were enticed by the "Man Donut." Unfortunately, they were all out the first time we went. So, the very next day, I woke up super early and got there at 5:30 AM to get a couple. My fiancé and I were impressed both days we got donuts! The donuts were big, soft and fluffy, and the flavors were awesome! The staff was patient with us since we wanted to take our time to look at everything. We ate in the first day and got their combo of a drink, chili dog, and donut. The prices were right, and the 15% check in discount made it even better! This will definitely be our donut spot in Visalia! So glad it's walking distance from us!

I arrived at 5:35 today, place was completely dark. No donuts even on display in the glass encasement.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning (before patio seating and mobile orders) haha thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded (3 locations now -- Visalia, Tulare, Fresno). There's something for everyone on their Menu. I personally believe that they have some of the best matcha's around. BUT... if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener, you probably won't like a real matcha from here -- I say this because some will complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol--all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out.. definitely a favorite here in Visalia! Service and time... always as expected. You are getting hand crafted drinks and food, so don't expect them to rush. ****Rush hour in the am and during lunch hours**** The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products. This was a Huge plus for me, because sometimes I like to ask the employees for their recommendations or personal favorites! They usually end up being pretty darn good Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha my mom loves their avo or seasonal toast/ my dad loves the breakfast burritos! I will always come here for food/homemade pastries, a drink, to work, or to hang out with my loved ones! Thank you Component team for making every visit a good one

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.
