    Donuts

So donuts! Am I right? These are everything you want in a local donut shop. I've gone to their location on Linwood and Noble, alongside the freeway now for awhile. And this morning did not disappoint. OMG they are fresh flavorful and fun. Service is professional and friendly. Ya gotta try the fritlers and the crumb donuts! Well really all of'em are great. I believe they've been under new ownership for some time now and man what a difference. It's clean now, no I mean CLEAN y'all. Don't waste you're time cause others are snapping up them donuts that could be yours.

Went here for the fist time today after peak hours. Service was fast and friendly. I was delivering these donuts to my friends at work , so I didn't taste them but my coworkers seemed pleased enough. They have a smoker out front. They have ham and cheese croissants and wrapped hot dogs. Service was fast and friendly which I appreciated. Prices seemed reasonable.

Can't nana in roll, white cake donut with nuts, & a cherry donut

Ordered a ham cheese and egg croissant which was $7 and only got egg and cheese. Which she made with no gloves then handled money.

Meh. Really dry doughnuts. Like really dry. I got a maple bar and the maple wasn't that great.

Fresh yummy donuts, great place for the biscuits and gravy. They open at 3:00 am which is great for those who work in the morning.

Horrible customer service. Or lack of customer service. The donuts are average. I will never come to this place ever again.

I've definitely been coming here since the beginning (before patio seating and mobile orders) haha thanks to my mom! It's stood out from the very beginning & I love how much they have expanded (3 locations now -- Visalia, Tulare, Fresno). There's something for everyone on their Menu. I personally believe that they have some of the best matcha's around. BUT... if you drink your matcha with LOTS of sweetener, you probably won't like a real matcha from here -- I say this because some will complain that it taste like GRASS... and well, it damn near is (green tea leaves) lol--all jokes aside, their drinks and food are all hand crafted and all made and / or roasted in house! I have not once ever had a complaint about this place. I love the ambience inside and out.. definitely a favorite here in Visalia! Service and time... always as expected. You are getting hand crafted drinks and food, so don't expect them to rush. ****Rush hour in the am and during lunch hours**** The workers are always very knowledgeable about their menu items & products. This was a Huge plus for me, because sometimes I like to ask the employees for their recommendations or personal favorites! They usually end up being pretty darn good Their pop tarts... if you can get them when they have them.. TRY THEM OUT!! Actually, all their pastry's and breakfast items are delicious! (I just always forget to take pictures) haha my mom loves their avo or seasonal toast/ my dad loves the breakfast burritos! I will always come here for food/homemade pastries, a drink, to work, or to hang out with my loved ones! Thank you Component team for making every visit a good one

You find it because someone told you about it, or because you were looking for a place that feels a little more city than Central Valley. Brick walls, hanging art, a patio out front call it rustic, call it urban, call it hipster. Whatever the word is, it fits. Inside, the place hums. Not the quiet hum of a sleepy café, but the full‑volume buzz of people who treat coffee shops like co‑working spaces. The whole back section was a sea of laptops when I walked in, a slow tide of remote workers drifting out as the hour passed. Young folks, older folks, groups talking over each other a mix that tells you this spot has become a kind of community hub, even if the noise makes it hard to read without noise‑canceling buds. I came for a simple moment, a London Fog and a book. The tea was good, made with Rishi, a brand I'd never heard of but wouldn't mind trying again. I sipped it slowly, trying to sink into the page, but the chatter kept pulling me back to the room. Not a bad thing, just not the right place for quiet reflection. Some cafés are built for solitude; this one is built for motion. The staff was friendly, your standard modern barista crew, casual, quick, and easygoing. They run a tight operation, even offering mobile orders, something you usually see in bigger industrial coffee spots. Pastries, sandwiches, teas, espresso, the menu covers all the bases. Finding the entrance was its own adventure. Two doors, a divider in the middle, and a moment of "Wait... which side do I go through?" Not a dealbreaker, just one of those quirks that makes you laugh once you figure it out. Lighting is interesting here, low lamps mixed with a flood of natural light pouring in from the center of the shop. It gives the place a warm‑meets‑industrial feel, like a café that grew out of a warehouse and decided to keep the personality. Will I come back? Maybe. It's a great spot for people‑watching, conversation, or getting work done. But for reading, for sinking into a book with a drink, it's a place that demands either silence from the world or silence from your earbuds. Component Coffee Lab is loud, lively, and loved, just not quiet. And maybe that's the point.

When I was hunting for the address because I didn't exactly know where it was, I found this one which was right around the corner from the friend I was visiting. Awesome! It too is when one of those funky old 1950s drive-through's, which you have to be really sharp about figuring out how to drive through so that your windows on the right side. Thankfully, I just parked on the street, which gave me time to gaze at the trays upon trays of delicious donuts. The amazing thing about Scotty 's is they have the best raised donuts I've ever had in my life. So I bought a raised doughnut plain with glaze, a raised donut with a delicious cinnamon nut topping, and also a chocolate covered raised bar. Supreme. My friends introduced me to Scotty's and said every time they come to Visalia they go by Scotty's. Well... I think I'm committing to the same factor. Visalia visit equals a Scotties run. Hope others will join in!
