We actually used them twice: once when a massive branch fell onto our home and lawn, and once for an overdue tree trimming. Both services were incredibly fast, responsive, and thorough. The employees who completed the job took great care to sweep debris, clear gutters, and remove all the branches and leaves left from removal. When we had an arborist come out for an unrelated issue very soon after, he spoke highly of the work that had been done. He did note that, to climb up the tree, UB had used climbing spikes that have a damaging effect. He recommended that in the future we request our tree not be spiked, but we simply hadn't known to ask this at the time. Aside from this detail, we loved this company.
