The front desk attendants have changed frequently and aren't always the nicest or most helpful, but the dentists are very helpful and explain what they're doing pretty clearly. They also explain extra options you might be interested in without trying to upsell you. It's also very affordable if you're paying out of pocket.

I was eeen quickly and he completed the work quickly. The young lady in the front office was very nice, polite, and attentive. I'm glad this is not a "chain/franchise" dentist. My experience with Byrd Dental (former dentist) was horrible with them proposing tens of thousands of dollars.

I love the receptionist she has always been nothing but polite and very nice . However they have new staff here since my last visit . I go to the back mind you my appointment was set for 4 pm I got there by 3:30 pm . I sit down the girl tells me she's going to start off doing my x-rays and she will let me know if the dentist has time left to do my cleaning . I drove 40 mins to this office I don't get why I was scheduled for a cleaning If he couldn't do it . So she says well do you wanna wait to see how long it's going to take him or do you just want the x-ray?! I'm like let me go talk to the receptionist because why was I scheduled maybe theirs some confusion so I go up and she confirmed he knew I was scheduled for a cleaning and didn't understand why that was said . She goes to ask him and he literally tried to switch it up and says oh we just need updated x-rays which is fine but that's not what she said he said oh maybe she's was confused .. again whatever so he's like let her do the x-rays I'll be in after .. so she starts but this girl done walked out the room was touching the computer pulled her mask down wiped at her nose then attempted to put her hands in my mouth I said do you think that's sanitary ? Another girl walks in mind you she wasn't in the room she says everything in here is clean maybe that's true but her hands weren't you would think she would just change her gloves nope she start catching a attitude so I'm like okay cool let me just leave because I could feel myself about to go left and I'm working on handling things different I go to the front to speak the the receptionist I didn't know she left here comes the dentist two seconds later to lock the door mind you it's 3:45 at this point he's like what else can I help you with so I tell him what happen he dismissed my concerns about what she did and told me maybe this practice isn't for me and I can go elsewhere oh so because I won't Allow your nasty ass dental assistant to put filthy gloves in my mouth I'm the problem copy !! My mom had implants put in about 5 years ago, we were told there was a warranty, so when the screw came out I called and the office got me right in, great. The problem is the warranty only pays for the screw not for replacing it, so I would have to pay 500.00 to get it put back in, We had already spent a great deal of money so I was not expecting to pay for something not our fault. Didn't wait for the topical to take effect before ramming a needle into me, when I shrieked in…read moreagony he yanked my cheek out and stabbed me again even harder. It hurt like HELL. Next he starts complaining about my "behavior", by which he meant the shrieking, which was no doubt being heard by the other customers, and wanted to give me a general anesthetic despite me having a condition which makes general anesthesia dangerous. He pooh-poohed my concerns and said he'd never had a problem. I reiterated that I had subcortical white matter lesions and asked what his follow-up period was and he wouldn't answer. He seemed a little obsessed with knocking me out. Then he went on about how I would never be able to cope with the sound of the drill if this was my attitude to needles and how I needed to be asleep, and I kept pointing out I have no problem with needles just with agonizing pain when they are rammed in and drills don't worry me in the slightest. He didn't listen to one word I said. I left. The painless yet impacted tooth he was supposed to extract is still there. An hour after the needles were jammed in - my whole lower jaw was numb on the outside but not on the inside where the tooth is. For all his stabbing and ramming he hadn't managed to numb the area. God knows the agony I would had suffered had I stayed and continued to refuse a general. His performance seemed designed to have me begging for a general. Today my jaw won't open more than half an inch. That's how hard he rammed the needles in. I've been to dentists before. I have no problem with needles. I am having real trouble believing a qualified oral surgeon with mostly excellent reviews can't understand the phrase "it hurts", can't numb a jaw and can't put in a needle slowly enough that a person can eat the next day. When I left my husband was surprised to see me so quickly as he knew there hadn't been enough time for the topical to take effect, let alone have anything else done. There were two other young women in the waiting room too. Perhaps one of them became Dr Wall's special girl that day. I sure failed my audition.
