I answered. He said he needed to transfer me to a case manager. Why not just have them call. What a waste of time. The case manager picked uo and didnt know who I was, didnt have my claim info in front of them. When u do get all my info fir them, they say they cant answer my question because they are not a licensed attorney. I get attorneys time is valuable so keep them off the phones as much as practical. Im feeling insulted that ive had all these calls and each time they are unprepared, fumble through questions but then don't seem to fully understand their own operation. They assure me they are ready and wish to work on my claim immediately but every interaction makes me think thats not accurate. And still my question is unanswered.

The receptionist acted like it was going to kill her to contact him concerning this matter. They wrre very unprofessional all around.
