I always love checking out how book stores setup their front tables and what types of books they are recommending. They have a few cafe tables out front if you visit during nice weather. My story negates the good selection of records at this store. I found a nazi record in the stacks…read moreand brought it to the front counter. I said that it was really offensive to me, as a Jewish person, for the store to be making money off of it. The not-so-bright-or-sensitive dude at the counter said "it's historical". Yes my friend. The slaughter of six million of my people IS historical. It doesn't make it okay to sell. Would you sell records about slavery? I am really disappointed in how this young man handled the situation. I am even more disappointed that the store would carry this record in the first place. I would consider questioning their values before you shop there. Update: the owner did take the time to call me and we had a good discussion. End result: I suggested he put sensitive material in their own section with a warning.

Now they have morphed into a little something more, selling funcos and t-shirts, and some snacks. When I went to the store only had a couple of people in it, and the selection of items was limited. The clerk was nice, but there wasn't anything I was interested it, other than browsing, and nothing really caught my eye.
