Yes! I love this place, why? let's break it down, shall we? Service I appreciate the service that those two girls did. Honestly, this is my first D&B but my mom's 100th purse lols. I was looking for more chic and a cute size that fits my phone. Me being really picky that I found a perfect size and bag for me. Selection - THERE ARE SO MANY CUTE SELECTIONS HONESTLY! But I found me a perfect size! Value - Honestly, I like this bag because of the fact that I can fit my on the go essentials. It has a front pocket, Few more pockets inside like just take a look at the photo I provided. And the fact that it's so easy to take em off and on. It has a little string for either your keys or wallet. In my case, I got my wallet attached to it because I know I'm that stupid that I would loose my wallet (and my keys lol). The website does not recognize my account when I want to purchase, but it does when I want to see my order history. I was offered 20% off and then 10% off for joining by email or text, but it never appeared at my email address or in the Dooney and Bourke page. That is bate and switch. I am a Dooney girl (lady). I have 5 purses, one backpack, two small over shoulder purses, a tote and a wristlet. The looks are classics and the quality is amazing. I do have one summer purse that is made of vinyl that the corners got worn but my other Dooneys are leather and are still looking great read more

Always a treat to visit the D&B and find the terrific deals. I've got a decent D&B collection so I want planning in purchasing anything but who can pass up 40% off? What's great about the outlet locations is the inventory - it's bonafide D&B quality bags...no seconds and nothing made special for the outlet like a few of the most popular handbag shops. Terrific leather handbags perfect for the season. If you're lucky they'll have a couple bags from a previous season that sell for an even deeper discount. Best time to go is the weekend - that's when you'll most likely see discounts on top of discounts. Friendly and helpful service. You gotta visit! read more

I went to Las Vegas for my birthday and did not know they had a Dooney outlet. I was elated when I found out and was overjoyed when I found out they were opened! There was a huge sale and I found a couple of items that I really liked and purchased. The ladies at the cash register were really nice and knowledgeable about Dooney. Anytime I'm in Vegas this has to be a regular stop. read more

Mmm I'm not freaky a fan of Dooney but what i like about this place is how the place was organize well and the customer service is great. The purses are a little too hard and heavy for my taste and Dooney and Bourke has to at least up on their designs, its a bit old fashion. But, surprisingly I actually bought something here today and it is not a purse.... it got me a nice cute umbrella! Its one of those umbies you can push to open and push to close, I got the one that has really nice print. Some people are really into this designer purse and its nice if it is for you. So if you like 'em best to stop by here they also have a few selection that you might like. I can recommend this place. :) read more

I was so excited to go to the Premium Outlets to check out the Dooney and Bourke store. My co-worker recently bought a cute Dooney and Bourke lunch bag from another outlet and I was eager to check out the cute items that this outlet would have. I was even more excited because I received an email from Dooney and Bourke that they were giving 20% off coupons for the weekend. We had a bit of trouble at first locating the Dooney and Bourke because it was off to the back of the outlets. Perhaps that was why when we walked in there were not that many people. Perhaps other folks couldn't find it either hehe. I went around and around the store but there didn't seem to be anything that really caught my eye. In all honesty I didn't think they had that much selection. They did have items that were on sale but they were items I've seen before. The older the style, the lower the price. Anything new was definitely not on sale. Although I didn't buy anything, I was not disappointed walking out. I left more thinking that Dooney and Bourke was not for me. read more

Hi everybody, I ordered a bag online directly from the company, and got the new customer discount of 10%. Imagine my surprise when I went to check on my order and now I see the bag is 30% off. Now we're not talking about a cheap bag, so the extra 20% is quite a bit of money. I'll Emailed them back to customer service and asked if I could cancel the order and re-order it for the 30% or if they could just give me the additional discount. Nope, sorry you're out of luck. Just be careful because now it's the time we're buying for family and friends for the holidays, and this is a pretty much in my opinion a shady company to deal with. read more

I love coming to this store, they always have cute and sophisticated new styles at astonishing low prices. They are styles that are out of season but I guess if you're shopping at the outlet that goes along with all of the stores. The staff here are very friendly and readily available to assist you. Paige is also one of the best floor assistants I have met thus far. She was very informative on the new arrivals. The phone reception and internet signal does suck pretty bad inside of the store. Besides that I don't mind going the extra mile to buy some really cute purses and wallets that are just my styles and my favorite brand and you can't beat their prices with a stick ! I've just recently fallen in love with Dooney the past year. Unfortunately, there are no Dooney stores near me. I was happy when I found out there was a Dooney outlet in Vegas. I go about once a year so I knew next time I went I would make sure to visit the outlet. Well, the time has come. I was able to visit and it was very pleasant. The lady's in there were friendly and helpful. I got a few new accessory pieces and left satisfied. Can't wait for my next trip to the outlet. read more

Personally I am not a fan of D&B, it's just not my style, I only go here to see what my Mother-in-law may like. One of her favorite colors is purple and they always have that color readily available. I've been to this store several times and the experience gets worse and worse with every visit. This last visit today tops them all. There were about 3-4 sales people on the floor and they were all socializing amongst themselves. I asked one of them a question and they replied with a quick and sharp "No," then turned to their collegue "But you know what..." and continued their converstaion as if there weren't several other people in the store and their convo about their late night was much more important and my presence was an inconvenience. I won't be coming here anymore, besides, the style of D&B just reminds me of the style from the 80's & 90's, hasn't changed and really needs a makeover! read more

Whenever we're here, we take a look at what they have- the inventory constantly changes, as do the sales and promotions. My mother-in-law is a fan (ok, yeah, I am too) so we're always scoping for gifts (birthday, holidays). There are a couple sections where the bags are an extra 30% off the marked price (handwritten in pen). Sometimes there are promotions with tote bags (can use as baby bags)- $79/$99- but that's a once-a-year promo. The back walls have the most expensive products- the "all weather leather" collection that has made a comeback in other colors besides brown, cream, hunter, navy, & black. (one of Dooney & Bourke's exclusive classic timeless designs- I still see people today carry the originals around, from twenty years plus ago). The middle section, near the cashier, has the wristlets and wallets (average price is about $36 for wristlets). Sometimes there are boxes (on the floor) with crossbody bags along the wall just past the middle of the store. I've seen: IT (coated fabric), shadow, signature, crossword, linen, croc, leather, calf leather, all-weather leather, vaccheta, fairfield, alto, rope, and picnic- all past season stuff (doesn't everything eventually end up as past season, at some point?). I like some of the designs, but not all, it just depends on the style and color. I have a few of the tassel totes, a bucket bag, and barrel bags. If you would like to acquire a piece without paying full price, I recommend that you come here. The insider booklet has a promotion, expires on 7/31/11- free gift with $150 purchase. I know that there is a guarantee on their products when you buy them retail- must be registered (that little yellow card must be filled out and mailed back) in order to get repaired or replaced. For registration number, look for the red and white Dooney & Bourke tag inside, the number is in back. There is a line available on the QVC channel and online, but it is made exclusively for them. Also available in department stores like Macy's and Dillards. I've also seen the line at Marshall's and TJ Maxx- usually, at very different styles and colors, though. For current styles, check out the website www.dooney.com- and be sure to click on "specials" (changes every month) and "under $100" for bargains. Flat rate shipping on all orders. It's a small store but the use of space is good (the displays, the stands, the walls). It doesn't feel cramped at all. It's nicely organized and clean- and the bag receptacles are full, but not jam-packed. It's funny that there are so many sales people (who are very nice, BTW- not snooty like the one in Southern CA) here and not that many people shopping (might be in the general area for designer bags though, since there are so many choices- I call it the designer bag wing of the Premium Outlets). Sometimes you'll get the ever enthusiastic sales man with a calculator trying to push a sale (we know it's a good deal, but sometimes we're doing more shopping in the mall). We find it more empty than full at times. But then again, maybe that depends on the time of day, too. If it's too hot, we're here in the mornings or nights, but not in the afternoon. BTW, There is one retail store at the Venetian (but it's too much trouble to find a parking spot in the parking garage). read more

whooo hoooo.... Let me set the scene, its hot, I'm pushing a stroller, just came out of gymboree and on a mission to make it to the coach store... but then up ahead to my right I see the Dooney and Bourke sign... I do a double take because the only other outlet I have ever seen is in Florida, its hot like Orlando but I know I'm not in Orlando, lol! Anyways I make my way into the store, the cool a/c greets me as I enter. I browse and I can feel my heartbeat skip a beat so happily. Like a good outlet shopper I head to the back of the store to view the clearance stuff and low and behold there it is... THE purse I have been dreaming of but had not quite found. Off white, big (fit diapers, bottles and laptop) and all leather. The sign at the top says 40% off but its right above some small purses so I'm bummed thinking oh I guess I have to pay full price (outlet price). I go to the register and the guy says this one is 40% off too, I almost pass out from pure glee. He then proceeds to check in his handy dandy computer for the matching wallet that he tells me can be shipped to me directly if its in stock. Sadly he could not find it for me but that was ok. I have to say the customer service was great, my son didn't get buck and I left into the Vegas heat on cloud nine! P.S. Now I know how Carrie Bradshaw felt when she seen those shoes in the window... I gave this place 4 stars because a sales lady was just standing around not giving me the right answers. Luckily, some guy helped me out. I really wanted a zip around wallet, but for some odd reason those were more expensive than the bags. LUCKILY, when I went there, there was a sale going on & the bags were 60-70% off. I got a cute doctor satchel for 90 BUCKS! Just look up their website & see if there's deals going on, which I'm sure there are. read more

Very nice selection! Classic Dooney but at great prices! I got a bag for my wife here and she loved it. The staff was very helpful with everything from start to finish. I had a lot of questions and all of them helped me so much. The selection was great too! Only have it 4 stars because of the bad parking. A lot of construction going on and it was a nightmare getting in and out. Not their fault though. read more
