They have a double feature with the first movie starting at twilight followed by an intermission and then the second movie. They have a snack bar with popcorn, candy, sodas, and the usual movie theater fare. You can listen to the movie with one of their old fashioned speakers that hangs on your window or you can tune into a radio station to listen through your car speakers (the problem with this being most modern vehicles turn the radio off after a while and in order to get it back on you have to turn on the car, which isn't ideal so the speakers came in handy). The prices are per person not per carload like some drive-ins. But, for two movies, it's still quite reasonable. The parking area is well organized and if you don't have the best spot for the first movie, not to worry, it thins out quite a bit for the second and you can reposition. We brought lawn chairs and enjoyed the first movie outside and the second in the car (it was a bit chillier at that point). We brought in a picnic dinner and enjoyed that before getting some candy dessert at the snack bar. Such a fun evening to be had at Skyway Drive-in! Get to it!

I said the real Indigo Girls?? I'm Fish Creek, WI??? needless to say i jumped on the tickets and the show was excellent! The sound was terrific and the seats were comfortable plus close to the stage. I also thought the price was right! (Highest ticket was less than $65)! I looked at the Indigo Girls web sight and they usually got well over $100 for top seats so I thought this was a steal! Very impressed with this small venue and that they can bring in acts on this scale. Only let down.... No cocktails!

When we arrived in the beautiful outdoor theater in Peninsula Park the crew was hard at work drying the stage and uncovering set pieces after the rain. The audience was close to a sell out. We had 2nd row middle seats. We were given a seat.cushion and handed towels to dry our seats. The show started and within 10 minutes it started to rain . The show went on and the audience stayed huddled under hoodies , rain suits, and blankets. No one left because the show had already sucked them in to the story corny jokes and all. Don't miss the shows this season!

The pieces we enjoyed this wonderful afternoon were: Suite in G Minor, Op. 71 - Moritz Moszkowski, Trio on Chassidic Melodies by Paul Schoenfield, and Piano Quartet in C Minor, Op. 13 by Richard Strauss. The middle piece by Paul Schoenfield, was particularly enjoyable as it is in a unique and lively style which compliments the more traditional chamber music we usually hear. The Moszkowski piece was also very moving and awe inspiring, while Richard Strauss was the perfect way to end this concert, leaving us mystified by the talent of the musicians. The people of Midsummer's Music, from administrative staff, to the organizing vision of Jim Birkenstock, to the myriad gifted yet humble musicians, is what makes this series so special. We can often find concerts held in magnificent venues, from concert halls to library auditoriums, but seldom can you chat with the musicians to learn what inspires them to produce such beautiful music! Come to Door County, Wisconsin. Enjoy the nature, the restaurants, the galleries and the people. Come to Door County to take in some equally breath taking music!

Inside we found numerous paintings that we enjoyed and once again, they offer items in different price ranges. They had beautiful wood pieces that would look wonderful in a home. Besides being beautiful, they seemed to have been made with a quality that will last forever. I also found several artists (jewelry) that I will continue to look for and support. If I remember correctly, all of their artists were local or if not from the region around Wisconsin, they were all from the states. The 2 ladies also gave us excellent references for places to eat while we were in the area!

The booking experience on their website was straightforward and the deposit went towards my purchase the day of the experience. Parking and check-in were very easy, as was the walk to the flower field. The family that runs One Eighty Petals is incredibly knowledgeable and kind and the setting was very idyllic. We got an overview of the flowers available to pick before being provided vessels and clippers. I was able to fill a large bucket of flowers for about $55, which produced seven vases (of various sizes) worth of flowers. They had smaller U-Pick quantities and ready-made bouquets available, as well. This was truly a magical experience and I highly recommend it to tourists and locals alike!
