She didn't greet, say hello or thank you after I ask her why she rate herself a 9 and she said nothing, she just looked at me stone faced. This us the first bad experience I experience in a five below store and I came out my way to this location to get a better experience and with this managers professionalism. She needs to be re evaluated and possible demoted because she has no people skills.
