Both times, they got me up and running with repair rather than replacement at prices far, far below what I expected to have to pay. My first experience with them was 8 years ago, so I only remember the great service and price they provided, but the service I just received was also extremely prompt. The repairman made it out same-day and worked in the rain without complaint to get my garage door not just working again, but working better than it has in YEARS. I don't know that I could possibly recommend a business more enthusiastically. I do know that my entire garage is a piece of crap that needs to torn down and replaced... and I know who I'm calling to install the door when that happens.

It's a highlight for me that the company communicate in text message as well as in phone call (comparing to other service who insist on phone call only) since messaging is my preferred method of communication. Buford and Matt explained the process and answered all of my questions. They listened to and addressed my concern with properly. They did well in adjusting the new garage door to fit my house's wall frame. They also cleaned up and hauled away the all old garage door and parts before leaving. All in all, excellent performance. Aaron Overhead Door worked on my garage door before so it's great to know they still maintain the quality in their work. The only small issue I had was the limit of their inventory. I was told that there's only one option in stock for the garage door size of my house. My garage is the normal 2 doors residential type. The inspector said if I want to see more options, the wait might be 16 weeks which is a very long time. So it feels like there's no other choice. Again, the service, the communication, and the products are all great. I just hoped that for something as big budget as garage door, there would be more options to choose.

The poor garage door install would also in the long term lead to damages to the door as well. Without Joe pointing this out we would incur unplanned expenses in the future. We reached out to the garage door installer to address the issue, something they didn't want to do as the warranty had expired. They did make some minor adjustments, but only time will tell if it will do the job. At least Joe and Aaron's pointed out the issue. He was professional and asked questions that several of the other companies never asked. He quoted a fair price and was able to get to us on the within a few hours.
