I usually never agree to on the spot quotes, but the guy was so nice, and I fell for it. The worst part was that at the end I was handed an iPad with a tip screen with the minimum suggested tip on the screen being over $500. Apparently, electricians are one of 8 categories allowed to pay no tax on tip, so watch out. Ask if you will be guilt tipped before someone comes to your house.

But he told me what the issues may be, suggested I call Georgia Power, told me what to say to them so they would come out, and put me on the schedule in case for the day. He also told me that Georgia Power would come out pretty quickly (he was right!) they came out 1 hour 45 mins and it was the issue on their side and I no longer needed an electrician. The customer service and help even without having to come do a service call was excellent and shows that these guys are trustworthy and not just trying to take $ from you. I'd highly recommend and feel comfortable booking with them any day.
