Colony and another company had someone over the next day, but Colony was MUCH better than the other in many ways. Their sales manager really gave me a very clear picture of what options were to repair and ultimately replace my roof, whereas the other company really pushed hard for me to buy the most expensive replacement possible - quite a bit more expensive than Colony. The president of Colony called me later that night to see if I had any more questions (I really didn't) - I went with them just as COVID was starting but they were able to quickly get me on their schedule. Their crew was excellent and did a full roof replacement in two days, with guttering a few weeks later once the particular color was available. All the work was good, with a courteous crew that cleaned up the site very well. My neighbors noted how good my house looked (it was pretty good before, I think) and asked for information about the company. What really impressed me, though, is that the company came out and did some quick repairs before the main job at no charge to keep any more water from coming in and then also did follow-up work to repair interior damage at a very reasonable price. I'm planning to do some renovation work done and certainly plan to work with the company. Really a good experience in all respects!
