She always asks where I'm having pain that day and really does such a great job working out all the knots and tightness. I always feel so much better after seeing her! Dr. T, the chiropractor, is also really great too, especially since I'm there because of back pain. They are also doing weekly COVID testing to make sure all of the patients stay healthy. They make sure to sanitize all of the equipment and beds before you use them too. They're also really great with rescheduling, which I always appreciate. They also are nice if you show up late to your appointment too. Overall, I highly recommend SportsMed for anyone needing physical therapy! The metal speculum hurts insanely for people not used to things inside them. At my previous OBGYN, she used a lidocaine gel to help with sensitivity on the cervix. They only had a spray which is effective for less time and they didn't want to use it when my IUD was removed, only for the re-insertion. I think the staff was nice and caring, but it's honestly disappoint that lidocaine gel isn't the standard and all we're supposed to take is pain relievers for having a rod shoved up our cervix!

The staff has always processed us through rather quickly. If some people are experiencing a long wait time, it may be because the doctors take their time with patients. An emergency appointment can cut into their schedule and back up appointments. People have to expect that occasional problem and realize that they would also want the doctor to take the time if they were to experience such an emergency unscheduled appointment.
