Hector came for a consultation and was willing to come an additional day when my mother would be available, should she have had additional questions. They are not members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), so I can't submit a claim. Other businesses that provide the same service are BBB members; hire those. The most expensive cleaning. They need to develop some SOP, so they avoid leaving toilets running water.
