Note there is also a breakfast menu, a power lunch menu (which ends at 2PM), and a dinner menu, I believe. This is a great layover stop for higher end Mediterranean fare and Michelin-quality modern European fine dining. Prices are high however. If possible, get the 3-course business lunch for best value. FWIW, this fine dining spot was opened by two brothers who worked at multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, therefore, the quality shined through.

The pork medallions were over cooked and tough to the point they were uneatable. I actually became ill from the food when I returned to the hotel. I do not recommend Lobster. Speaking with us honestly is always the correct and proper approach. Not hiding and over charging for a cheaper bottle of wine and then blaming the customer.
