No call, no warning. They rescheduled me for Wednesday--then canceled the same day. I spoke to the manager, Julie, who apologized and promised it wouldn't happen again. We rescheduled for Friday... and they canceled again. Three cancellations in a row. At that point, it's not an "emergency," it's a pattern of poor management and zero respect for clients' time. I thought it was a language barrier so I accepted and went with a color I didn't want but still regular polish because I get allergic reactions.
