Construction jobs by nature are usually full of obstacles but these folks really know what they're doing. Tiffany was my first point of contact and a good indicator of how smoothly things would go. Phil then came out to our house and took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for in a privacy fence. Once everything was set up I had the pleasure of meeting Brian who is in charge of the installation. He is one of the hardest working people you'll ever meet and a genuinely good guy. Everyone on his crew was a pleasure, they showed up on time then stayed after it on a 100ﾟday until the job was completed and we were happy. Needless to say our new fence has exceeded our expectations in every respect. It is absolutely beautiful and made with quality materials you won't get from any big box store. Fence installed was smaller than what was quoted. Gate…read moreopening was 3 feet smaller than the quote. Offered to correct the gate and opening if owner paid for it. Another issue with a joint fence after I had a conversation with the neighbor encouraging them to hire this company to install their fence at the same time. Let's just say, it is not a joint fence. Situation is sad because this mistake affects the way another small business must complete their work.

The job looks good- did good work. But the fact that you use the bedrock as an excuse when i myself knew it would take more than the normal auger- which is why I didn't do the fence myself. Then to go online and post something like this. Awful AWFUL customer service. Would rather have paid someone more money and been dealt with with better care. Was honestly not going to write a review or anything about until I saw their Facebook post about us. Sometimes as a business owner you should learn not to make snarky remarks about customers.
