When I simply asked Diane why she was writing down my card number, she got incredibly nasty and defensive. That's a completely reasonable question, especially when it involves sensitive information. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and completely ruined what should have been a special, joyful purchase. I'll never come back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Blossom Time Flowers did an extraordinary job on a sympathy arrangement for my Aunt. The ordering process was easy & the staff was very helpful with what to add to make it special. I browsed their website to see what I would be interested in and when I called to order they were able to easily locate it by number. They added a beautiful ribbon and note. When I saw the arrangement in person I loved it even more, it was so detailed and absolutely everything my loved one would have wanted. In the back they have a large variety of plants ready to for your backyard garden and exotics potted for inside the house. I often found unique plants I could not find at any other garden store on SI. Blossom Time did my wedding flowers 10 years ago for our wedding on SI, and I continue to order from them all them all the way from Colorado, every year for my mom's birthday. read more

So where do I start about Blossomtime well they are simply the best. I have ordered from Dianna and her Mom and I have never been disappointed. They both go above and beyond for me and all my floral arrangements. Whether it be for a funeral arrangement, flowers for my parents gravesite or a simple bouquet for me. Looks can be deceiving. From the outside, it looks like your typical flower shop. But once you go through the gate, you enter another world. They have a quaint stream running through, bunnies, ducks and a very sweet dog. We went to their annual Halloween Bash this past Sunday. They had cute games geared for ages 2-8, a costume contest (with a toys r us gift card as a prize), hot dogs, pretzels, cotton candy and a plethora of pumpkins to choose from (which the children were allowed 1 for free). This is a family run business and they're all fully involved with the store. They take much pride in what they do and have a beautiful shop. This was my first time at this florist. High priced, low quality. Staff is not helpful or friendly. Flower quality is very low and prices are very high. I prefer Clark's House of Flowers across the street much better. My boyfriends mother passed away, and I wanted to send flowers. I live in New Orleans and could not be there. I chose Blossom Time because they offered a photo of a sympathy arrangement that was very significant for me to send. My choice was an elegant advertised arrangement placed in a Fleur de Lis vase, with lillies and hydrangea, a few roses and deep green filler leaves. What was delivered was white vase, blue mums, carnations, babies breathe.... It poorly resembles the advertised arrangement that had me choose this florist from all others and my selected arrangement lost any significant meaning. I concur with the overpriced, low quality review from earlier. I'm sadly disappointed. read more
