I wish i could leave no stars. I ordered three items for my mom as a Valentine gift. She was only delivered two. I called them, never got a call back. I emailed them, never got nothing back. I paid for three items and got two. The delivery person did not even knock at the door to present the gift. It was left on a wet porch in the dark and my mom discovered it at nine o clock in the evening when locking up. The flowers were in great condition, and my mom absolutely loved them. It can be a little pricey depending on what you want but they do a good job in accommodating your price range. You can always choose your own flowers that you want them to rearrange for you. I especially liked the fact that they're able to put the flowers in a vase for you if needed. I ordered the country blossom basket for a special friend who had just had a death in her family. I have had some bad experiences recently with sending floral arrangements remotely so looked for a local florist in Staten Island to send directly from the florist. I ordered the night before and asked for delivery on a Tuesday then found out the family was attending a service in the late afternoon. I contacted the florist and asked if they could make sure the delivery happened before 1 pm or so. The flowers arrived before noon and were absolutely beautiful. If I need to send flowers again in the SI area, Same Gregorios will be my first choice! We were celebrating 110 years of Service to All Mankind and our 16 Founders nationwide on this day. The wreath needed to be made in accordance to the organization's specification. Before the relocation of this flower shop, it used to be based down the street from my house as a child. I would come in, this spunky little girl with a pocketful of change, (most likely less than $5.00) and ask how much I could get for it; I often came in to buy my mother flowers. I think they were so taken aback by the idea of a child who wants to buy her mom flowers that they gave me much more than I paid for on many occasions. I felt it fitting that I used this florist for my wedding flowers. I am so glad that I did. Everything floral for my wedding was 1,000 % perfect. And that is not a typo, that is one-thousand percent perfect. My bouquet, the throw-away bouquet and my bridesmaid's bouquets were gorgeous! The corsages were lovely and the boutonnieres were perfect. Even the flowers and dais on the chuppah made it look magnificent. Although the ceremony was indoors because of inclimate weather from the day before, it looked so elegant with the window behind it, sun shining through. Sam Gregorio Sr is FANTASTIC! Highly recommended by my cousin, I went to meet with Sam for a consultation for my Wedding. He was quite busy that day but he multi tasked like a true professional. All the while he listened, really listened to what I wanted vs. didnt and he totally "Got Me". He put together a sample for us right there and was 100% on. He knows his flowers. We walked out and went home to think and I literally went in next morning and booked him. He called a week or so before to go over everything and told me not to worry. Day of our wedding, everything was delivered to our house on time. After we were married my husband and I were waiting in the venue area prepping for ceremony and then showed up Sam personally. He was in the area on a big delivery and made an appearance himself to shake our hands and ask how everything was. The man was a true professional and I was so pleased with our Choice. My wedding took place on June 1st, 2019 and I was in absolute awe of the beautiful work that Sam and his staff provided. The professionalism and expertise that Sam provides is truly incredible. He is an absolute pleasure to work with and really listens to what you want for your special day. I am confident that whatever you have in mind, he can make it happen. The flowers for myself and my bridesmaids were elegant, full, and captured a rustic, romantic feel. My centerpieces perfectly complimented the romantic look that I had hoped for. He provided a cohesive aesthetic throughout. I LOVED the high candelabra's with the ivy cascading, along with the green garnish that seemed to pop up throughout every display at our wedding. While the look was stunning, I was more impressed with his ability to work within a time constraint. When we arrived to our venue, we had about 45 minutes till cocktail hour and they were still cleaning up from the previous party. Undoubtedly, I got very nervous to see this but he assured me that everything will be fine and he can get it done. With 22 tables (both high and low centerpieces) and multiple display tables, Sam somehow seamlessly got everything ready for the event. They seem to work like a well oiled machine because with the amount of work they did, I do not know how they could have possibly completed such a task in such a short amount of time. For that, I am beyond grateful. Sam Gregorio was honest, on time, professional, and true to his word from start to finish. He went above and beyond for our event.
