I then used a different phone and was able to contact the owner and was told that I did not give enough of a notice of cancellation and they said I could have been billed for the service not performed. I apologized for not giving 48 hour notice of cancellation and set up another appointment for cleaning to be done. On the date of my appointment I contacted this service approximately one hour before my appointed time as I did not receive the promised confirmation call the day before. I left a message asking if they were going to show up for my appointment. I did not receive a call back and no one showed up at the time of my appointment. I then called numerous times that day and left numerous messages. The appointment was for April 8 at 1 PM and today's date is April 12 and I have still not received a callback from the owner of the service. I believe she set up an appointment with no intention of ever showing up. This lack of professionalism is beyond belief. She was very condescending and very rude when I had contacted her after canceling the first appointment. I had a feeling that she wouldn't show, and I really wasn't surprised when she didn't. I would not recommend this service to anyone and I hope she and this business go under very soon as I will do everything I can to help this happen.
