On top of that, one of his workers was openly smoking what appeared to be PCP/K2 right on the job site--in full view of others, including the project manager. That is not only unprofessional, it's unsafe. Having heard wonderful things about the service and with a recommendation from a friend I had high expectations. Joe arrived right on time, which I appreciated, and he was friendly and took care to review everything with me, especially since the charges were quite high. For this appointment, I had a couch, loveseat (both with loose back cushions), two chairs, an ottoman, and an area rug cleaned. Joe spent about an hour and a half on the actual cleaning process, though he was here for a total of two hours. At the end of the visit, he explained that some stains, particularly those caused by my elder mom, wouldn't budge, and that the couches were heavily soiled, but he did his best. Yes, I have two dogs, the couches are dirty hence the cleaning service. In addition too coffee stains on the one chair, that the advertise to be able to take care of. After everything dried, I was unfortunately disappointed with the results, especially given the cost, $700 plus. Just to see if there was any improvement possible, I used my own little green machine with carpet cleaner. In less than 15 minutes, it collected a bucket full of filthy water, indicating that there was still a lot of dirt left behind. I understand that not all stains can be removed, but I do believe that dirt should come out during cleaning. I also attempted to clean the stained chairs myself and was able to make some progress. Because of this, I requested my area rug back, as I am unsure about their cleaning process and feel it did not meet my expectations of clean. I wanted to bring this to your attention and hope you won't make the same mistake and waste your money and time.
