I just need to highlight my experience for today. This does not define all my other good…read moreexperiences for the time I have went there which was about a year and half or so. First of all DEWEY IS A TOP NOTCH ACUPUNCTURIST! YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER CARE, bedside manner, and just an overall caring experience. He literally is the best! Here is what really upset me and made me sour towards this business; since I didn't agree to get a nerve blocking procedure/elective surgery, they are refusing to provide me any additional care. (No more acupuncture) They claim to be a "wellness and pain" facility but it seems to me you need to play by their rules in order to get treatment. I was instructed that I needed to follow their protocols, surgery or PT before I can continue treatment (acupuncture). That is in other words telling me what to do with my body and not what I know is good for my body. This left a real bad taste in my mouth. I would have never thought that a "wellness and pain" place would tell me how to manage my pain and what I'm comfortable with especially that I have been progressing slowly in the positive direction. The PA was only doing her job but who is she and Dr. Molina too, to tell me what is working for me??? In conclusion, I recommend DEWEY, but if their dictation or suggestions are not taken, they cut services off to you. Completely unacceptable especially when you're there to feel well and painless!

Place is amazing with great people who are not only professional but make you feel right at home! Norma is absolutely amazing along with the best acupuncturist in the world who is amazing at what he does! Dr. Molina is just darling... Thank you guys for everything you do and how amazing I feel when I leave!

I went to a spine specialist and left the consult with a bad feeling. I was referred to Dr Chiles by two co-workers. My first contact was with Sarah and Jessica in the office. They were absolutely fantastic and made this stressful situation so much better. At my consult, I felt comforted and impressed. Dr Chiles is very knowledgeable, yet spoke to me in terms I could understand. I was provided as long of an appointment as I needed to have all my options presented and all my questions answered. Actually, he provided so much pertinent information, many questions were answered before I asked them. My consult was informative, comforting, and left me with a true sense of hope. I needed a laminectomy, decompression and fusion of my L3-L5 vertebrae. We scheduled my surgery at NYP Lawrence Hospital in Bronxville. Dr Chiles and his surgical (as well as his office) staff are the absolute best. Together, they resolved my crippling back pain, got me standing upright, back on my feet and back to enjoying life pain free. Thank you to everyone who assisted me especially Dr Chiles! I highly recommend Dr Chiles to anyone with a spinal injury/illness. KMB

The Orthopedics staff is a total waste of time to speak with. The unaccountability throughout groups is astounding- the named groups just blame each other- say they will call back- and do not. I was having unbearable pain in my elbow to the point I couldn't rest comfortably. The same thing happened three years ago, and I went to another doctor who gave me a cortisone shot and some Vicodin and sent me home. Yeah, I felt no pain but it didn't solve the problem. Luckily this time I had the fortune of meeting with Dr William Levine in the Tarrytown office of Columbia Orthopaedics. He did a thorough exam and asked correct questions regarding my medical history. His conclusion was that I was having an acute gout attack. He prescribed correct meds and by that evening I was already able to make myself comfortable enough to sleep. By the next morning I was 75-85% better (arm movement and pain). Today is still less than 48 hours after and I'm probably 95% better with 0 pain. He called me personally the next morning to check how I was. A nice touch I'm not used to. I should discuss the office as well. So coordinated and you can tell they all work together as a team. No one passed the buck. It was easy to see they did what they had to do to keep things moving. Keeping in mind, everyone comes in there in pain and/or with some type of story. Very impressive. Highly recommend the practice and this is coming from someone who's father and grandfather both practice(d) medicine.
